Stay is good,nice location service is good but not value for that money,best breakfast

Lightings,no TV connection and the TV is not in good condition furniture's are too old type and some of not in condition

The location was good , the staff were helpful

The rooms were very dirty and the shower curtains , commode were all stained and there were cockroaches in the bathroom, the executive deluxe rooms were very unkept, no value for money, but when we complained, we were upgraded to another room but we still had to pay extra and take 2 more rooms.

Really badly maintained and the staff was very uncooperative. sheets were dirty, bathrooms and rooms were dirty. very disgusting.. There were cockroaches in the room

Room n hotel interior was very old, electric kettle was there ,at table but it's switch was at the ground level , one has to keep kettle at floor to make tea,room service staff was very lazy n slow,serve thanda khana, don't give complimentary onion, pickle with meals, house keeping staff don't pick the phone .

Did not have breakfast. Had to leave early for flight. Location is bad if you want a good nights sleep. Located in very busy area. Room windows are not sound proof. Can hear traffic and honking past midnight.

Everything about the experience was poor. In room TV and WiFi did not work. Bathroom was not cleaned - hair on toilet seat. Even restaurant food quality was poor.

Location.. And staffs are really nice and welcoming

Being a deluxe customer.. Few things Wifi unavailable on the 4th floor where i stayed. Hot water flow was a problem. Early check in charges could wave of as checked out too early in the morning. More of a hotel fecility problems. Staff are really good.
