Was here beginning of February and booked a villa apartment which was actually a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom so very spacious for the 2 of us with all the necessary for cooking and we found It very clean. It's quite a big resort and there is a small shop at the entrance if you ever need anything , 20min walk to calis beach restaurants , obviously swimming pools and spa were closed , but beautiful sunset from the beach,overall very good experience.

It was a bit cold even with the heating on so we did ask for a blanket as there was only a light summer sheet on the bed but they managed to give us one the day after we asked

the pools could have been clean and not filed with old water, as there were not actually in use, i didnt understand why they had to have all that dirty water............

Apartment a bit basic but has all you need.

Location was great. We stayed at the oyster villa and I did not know the apartment was 3 stories. Travelling with little kids I probably would have gone for a single story (when I booked online I thought the villa was single story) the place could have done with a clean. The staff members were super friendly and helpfull. The restraunt at the front was great friendly and talkative staff members.

The complex is very well organized and very close to the sea with its own beach. The garden is very beautiful and very well maintained. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything needed to be able to cook your own food. The stuff was friendly and helpful. They provided a very smooth late check-in even though they don't have a 24 hour check-in desk.

Some facilities in the property needed better technical maintenance. For example the shower didn't work but they fixed it as soon as we asked for help. There was almost everything we might need in the kitchen such as cutlery and pans but it would be nice if they were left cleaner and ready to use.

I loved the location, apartment was large and right next to the pool, a few yards to reception and beach, the surroundings were lovely and you could watch the sunset from your balcony. the towels wasn’t changed or the room cleaned during my stay but if you asked the staff were very accommodating and I was happy to tidy the apartment myself including emptying the bins, it was self catering after all.

the WiFi inn the apartment wasn’t the best but if you sat on the balcony you could pick up the WiFi from the cafe bar.

Dokan (not spelled right) did so much for us. We had everything we needed. Sun on the balcony in the morning. Another great holiday. Definitely be back.

Very large and clean apartment, however could do with the little refreshing. We had a lovely stay, very comfortable apartment, great pool area, the rental office staff always there to help you. Lovely restaurant on site. Nice beach. Very good location and easy connection to the town.

Top 10..the best

Bungalow was spacious and comfortable. Located on the beach Ambray, the receptionist/ manager was excellent and very helpful

Despite them expecting us, the kitchen bin was not emptied when we arrived at 8pm.. There were only 3 towels, when we had a reservation for 6 adults.. the kitchen didn't even have a dishcloth or swab to wipe the table tops etc. The fridge/ freezer was not cleaned after the previous guests checked out. The TV was not working during our stay.

The location was good great for use of public transport. Pool was nice

The apartment was very dated and run down. Was not clean on arrival I had to sweep the bedroom as it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long while. Kitchen cupboards were also extremely dirty the shower was disgusting mould all over the bathroom and the shower head wasn't attached

very poorly equipped kitchen which was probably just the apartment we stayed in, not all of them as they are privately owned. Only 3 mismatched mugs for 4 people. one red wine glass. one white wine glass. no teaspoons. 3 plates. no hairdryer. no clothes drying rail

good choice of pools and accommodation was a good size the apartment is about a 20 minute walk to get to the restaurant hub although there are a few restaurants in closer proximity

the wifi in the apartment didn’t work on occasion but was fine around the pool

it was right in centre of resort so close to all facilities and pools

very tired apartment in desperate need of updating. Paintwork, furniture etc old and dated. Broken toilet seat we reported but it kept breaking. not decent set of crockery, glasses etc, not even a chopping board. Having been to this resort before this was extremely disappointing.Patio furniture old and uncomfortable.

Very good location. The sea is right in front of the complex. Extremely friendly staff. It is very good that they also speak Russian. Very well furnished apartments with all amenities. Great garden and pools. Parking is no problem. I recommend for a relaxing family holiday as well as with friends.

The apartments were not cleaned for our entire stay of 7 days, but maybe that's because it's an aparthotel. We didn't have bath towels when we arrived but we asked and with a little delay they gave us some.

It was an outstandingly beautiful place, beautiful pools & easy access to lovely beach. Many shops nearby & really good restaurants serving delicious food. We enjoyed our stay very much & definitely recommend it to anybody who is visiting this part of Turkey. It's a bit on the expensive side so it may be a bit cheaper if staying longer. Very friendly cats visiting our balcony & they enjoyed being fed very much!!

No consumables are provided. No washing up liquid or washing powder or toiletries - only one toilet roll is provided & you are expected to go shopping the next day, which was a bit hard in the heat. I'd have expected a few basic things to be provided as I didn't want to purchase washing up liquid & washing powder for a week's stay. The bedroom can benefit from a bedside light. Otherwise, no fault.

Swimming pools close to room

Place is run down. We didn't have linen for our child. There was exposed socket in the bedroom. Almost no wife reception, a bump in the mattress made it imposdible to sleep etc

Nice, clean family friendly resort with all the amenities for a family with little kids. We love that it is right by the beach. Nice big pool. Beautiful landscaping.
