Very nice boutique hotel, very friendly, even if they don t speak english, but it was not difficult to communicate.
Better to ask for the renovated rooms

Cared for small family pension, kind elderly hosts, clean, comfortable, dated, don't expect 4star hotel, lovely garden with comfortable seating, generous breakfast buffet, 2 minutes to the beach , promenade and bus stop. Good value.

The hotel is really close to the beach prommenade and close to supermarkets and restautants. The personell is really freidnly and helpful.

It was fabulous. We were met at the airport, driven to the hotel. The room was clean, newly renovated, warm and comfortable. You can walk to the beach in two minutes, a beautiful promenade. The breakfast was hearty, plentiful and delicious. It is a charming place and the couple are so kind.

We had the pleasure of staying there with family, including kid. They had an amazing time - the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the facilities were top-rate. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and they had some unforgettable experiences. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a family holiday in Fethiye - it's sure to be one you'll never forget!

the peppery was located at a superb place for the ones who want to enjoy the beach, it’s hardly 200 Mts from calis beach, the owners are nice and helpful but very limited English.
the rooms were too basic and seemed under maintained

The location is very good, within a block of the beach.
The hotel can use some upgrades. For example the shower leaked all over the floor and there were no towel racks.

new property, comfortable and great staff. great shower, however who ever tiled the floor didn’t know about putting a slope on the floor. so a puddle of water always stayed in the shower.

Location - 5 minutes walk from the beach. Nice personnel. Clean room. Quiet air conditioner. Modern bathroom with spacious shower cabin and good-quality toiletries.
The room did not have blinds, only thin curtains!!! It was impossible to sleep: the sun woke me up at 5 am, as my room was facing east! The room description is inaccurate: it actually does not have balcony, unless you call so a 10 cm wide space with clothesline.

If you want to feel like a real local and at home this is the place to stay. Staff is kind and helpful and the guarded where the breakfast is served is very nice and cosy. You feel really at home hear, as if visiting your aunt and uncle.

The lady owner is very friendly. We were offered to try their Turkish breakfast although our booking was room only. The place is very homey and our room including the bathroom is clean. We were very satisfied to stay in their hotel.

We stayed out of season at the hotel,we had a wonderful welcome. Small family run hotel in a great location, couple of minutes walk to the beach. The breakfast was exceptional, we had freshly cooked traditional Turkish breakfast,having something different to the table every day.
The owner kindly gave us a lift into Fethiye numerous times.
Would definitely stay here again.

Owned by a very nice friendly family who speaks English and French. This would be a fantastic place during warm weather.

Friendly service, location is good with many markets beside, normal Turkish breakfast
Quite a strange experience after visiting the hotel. In general, everything seems to be good. But for $60 I expected much more. Bigger room, better breakfast, and so on. If the price is no more then 30-40 dollars - stop by. If more, you should look for another place to stay in.

Location close to the sea.
Breakfast was good enough ,in form of open buffet,but we were missing traditional turkish specialities like burek etc.
They gave us bad room at the beginning but after a complaint the gave us much better room so all in all it was good.
Parking place is too small ,sometimes you can be block by other cars .
Internet is very poor.

Hotel Uygar Everything was just amazing, rooms were very cozy and clean, breakfasts are really delicious. And what I remember the most is super hospitable hosts who were always willing to help and also to provide the best recommendations for places to visit. There was also enough space to park a car. Calis beach is only 2 minutes away.

Nothing much to like about
Below 1 star rating hotel. Not well maintained. No professional staff. No elevator. Nobody to help with luggages (room on 4th floor).
AC not functional.
We were trapped with extra good reviews. Stayed only one night.

I dont think they have 2 spoons or 2 plates the same.Everything in the breakfast area look so cheap and neglect..Not safe for this covid time.

Uygar hotel has the best location ever, it’s too close to çalış beach, many restaurants and markets near the hotel, it’s breakfast is so delicious.
