キッチン、冷蔵庫、ダイニングなど部屋の設備が非常に整っていて長期滞在にとても向いていると思います（実際、長期滞在にすると非常に割安になります）。オーナーらしき人は２人いますが、そのうち一人は英語がほとんど喋れません。ただ、Google翻訳を使ってとても一生懸命、親切にコミュニケーションを取ってくれるので問題は無くとても感じが良いです。周囲の見どころやスーパーなどとても丁寧に教えてくれました。

予約時点で銀行振込で宿泊費を送金しなくてはいけない（クレジットカード決済ではない）ので、非常に手間とコストがかかります。 町から結構離れた場所にあり、アクセス道路も分かりづらいのが難点です。バス停から徒歩圏（10分以内）ですが、特に夜は街灯もとても暗く途中に案内もないので、事前に送ってくれる地図を印刷して持っていくことをお勧めします。

Great stay if you want to experience New Caledonia from the inside! Halfway between Nouméa and the airport, this is a beautiful gem inside a tropical garden. The hosts were really friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Our family (2 adults and 2 teenagers) enjoyed an 8-night stay at Tour du Monde in January 2019. Being outside Noumea and in the hills was perfect. We could easily get to the Blue River Park and Red South without going through Noumea, the Dumbea River was 10 mins away, and it was easy to get into Noumea for access to islands for day trips when we wanted to. We had a hire car. Jean Claude and Dan made us feel very welcome. JC helped us with maps, planning, and information. Dan was very hospitable and cooked a delicious dinner with local ingredients on our last night. We had two adjoining houses/huts/cabins for our stay, each catering for 2 people, but since they were connected it was like 1 bigger cabin. The rooms are each decorated in a style from JC and Dan's various world expeditions, so there is a very pleasant vibe to the place. The beds were fine, and there was a little kitchen that we used a few times. From the kitchen we could see plenty of trees (including mango trees) and there was a deck outside for drying the swimming/snorkelling gear, towels, and river boots. We had a very enjoyable stay, and appreciate the help and advice given to us by JC and Dan. Merci!

While we were there the pool was being repaired, so we were not able to use it. This wasn't a big deal as we were pretty busy most days with various activities. Each day there was visible progress on the pool repairs, and by the time we left it was up and running again. Didn't need the air conditioner as nights were pleasantly cool. Sleep quality could have been improved by adding netting to the windows.
