This home was phenomenal for our vacation. There were 5 of us(originally was supposed to be be another family but they couldn’t make it) and there was plenty of room. The house is very well maintained with great furniture inside and out. Kitchen is fantastic although we only cooked breakfast with all the excellent restaurants so close! The kids loved the hot tub. My overall favorite part though was location basically a 1 min drive(10 min walk) to the base of WP and less than 10 min drive to town. Overall highly recommended for a great summer getaway!

We stayed a few extra days after a family reunion and had a wonderful time at this property. It was very comfortable and fully stocked. The property management company was phenomenal communicating with us months in advance, and was very responsive with any inquiries we had.
We would recommend bringing sleep masks as the window coverings let a lot of light into the rooms. Some of the bedrooms and bathrooms did not have locks on the doors either, and that would’ve been nice as well.
We loved our stay and would definitely come back again!

This is the perfect place. This house has everything you could need. A ski shuttle actually picks you up and drops you off close to the house. Restaurants/ shops are close by (10-15 minutes). There are three fireplaces. The hot tub is wonderful after a long day of skiing. If there are any problems, they respond quickly.

Outstanding management - always very friendly and responsive to our needs. Great location for a fall get together. Daughter was getting married and this well located to Winter Park village. Plenty of room and lots of dishes and cooking utensils, spices to keep everyone well fed, even for our Sunday brunch! Hot tub was wonderful and the fire pit was mesmerizing! Would highly recommend.

Took our 4 grands and their parents to stay a week at this beautiful location. The stunning views from the deck, windows and even the patio were breathtaking. Superior cleaning and necessary supplies were abundantly available. Plenty of space for all to be comfortable and enjoy themselves as well as a wide variety of summer activities for the kiddos. Restaurants were superb and service was excellent!

The house is spacious, with large rooms and plenty of seating. Kitchen has everything needed to cook elaborate dinners. The decorating is quite attractive and, most importantly, the house was sparkling clean on arrival. The hot tub was great, and cleaned every 3 days.
Access to the mountain is easy with the Lift shuttle. The staff at Winter Park Lodging was immediately responsive, friendly, and helpful.

Set in beautiful mountain division, this is nicely furnished and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with all you might need and quality kitchen items. Nice views from deck and masters on top and bottom floor plus two additional bdrms on bottom floor . The management is pleasant and attentive although we didn't need anything. One garage door was in process of repair but this was not a problem and no workmen during our stay. Plenty of nooks for family gathering or separation. One couch was so deep my 6'3” frame felt like a child (used pillows to prop to upright seating).

The communications from the property managers were inconsistent - when you required a response from us, you were very attentive; however, your follow up on the status of the driveway and notifying us when the workers were coming to plywood the garage were non-existent. I have been in the hospitality business all my life and was very disappointed in the lack of communication.

Wonderful vacation home!
We've rented vacation homes in many places and in most cases there are at least some details that don't live up to the “hype”, not the case with this home! Everything lived up to the marketing materials. The location is excellent, the property was clean and in good repair. The streets and drives were kept clear despite the heavy snow. We highly recommend Winter Park Lodging and 133 Lakota!

This is an awesome house, very professionally managed. The house was very clean. The hot tub is well maintained, with a basket of towels right at the door. It looks just like the photos and is very comfortable and clean. It has a keypad to enter which is very convenient. Winter Park Lodging Company is very responsive, and any questions and issues are quickly resolved. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location
This property is in the middle of everything. Great hiking, short walk to the ski area and away from busy crowds. Moreover, loved the active text back and forth with the property managers. Made it simple and they were great.

Above average, but there are opportunities for improvement.
Although this place is really nice and well equipped with miscellaneous items, there are things that are overlooked. Lakota Dreamcatcher is a 2 master bedroom duplex, but only 1 master is equipped with a TV and a dresser. It's a great floor plan for 2 families. With that in mind, if 2 families split the cost equally, 1 family's mom/dad (couple) will have no TV, no place for their clothes other than a small closet (no dresser) and no ceiling fan. This place gets warm! On the upper level, the temperature reached 83 with the windows open. Everything else was great! This place really is cool, but my recommendations will be to add a dresser, TV and ceiling fan in the lower level master and to add some type of cooling system to make it more comfortable. Also, Winterpark Lodging Company is the BEST! Great service as always!

This home is perfect in every way! It has everything you could ever need. Fully stocked,(even w spices)fabulous views, convenient location, comfortable beds, clean as a whistle. The hot tub and fire pit were a huge hit! There is space for everyone to spread out and a great family table to eat and play games together! If we could we’d give it 10 stars! Great Winter Park Refuge
We really enjoyed our stay at this impressive property. Because of Covid, we were not really interested in dining out, but the kitchen was very nicely stocked with all the cookware we needed for great in-home entertainment. We also really enjoyed the steam shower as getting acclimated to the higher altitude took its toll on some family members.
The downstairs family room was a great escape for many of the Gen Z's!
The house was very clean and we would definitely recommend!

Great Family Home
Dreamcatcher was a great home for our large family get-a-way. Great location, plenty of room, nice deck, good sound system, everything we needed. The main reason I am taking time to review our stay is for the exceptional service we received from Winter Park Lodging Company for the few issues we encountered. Amy, Margaret, Zach and Schuyler responded immediately to address them. My advice here is to always rent with a management company vs AirBnB etc, you get lower fees and much better response, and Winter Park Lodging is one of the best!

Amazing Trip
We had a great stay at Lakota Dreamcatcher. The house was luxurious and it was the perfect location on the shuttle line and with beautiful views. Everything we could ever need on the trip (from humidifiers in the bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, to special towels for the hot tub) was there and any questions or issues we had were answered or addressed promptly. I was very impressed at how available the Winter Park Lodging Company staff was.

This vacation home was the best!.....and we have rented many! Beautifully located, well built and furnished with all high end furniture and appliances, right down to the toaster! It was very comfortable and included almost all the amenities of home! The views are stunning, even from the living room, with so many windows! We loved our stay and will definitely return one day!

Winter Park Stay
Being in the travel industry my family stays a lot of places. This is one of the nicest properties we’ve visited. I would highly recommend it. We had a great time and cannot say enough nice things about the experience. Better than advertised!!!
