The service was very good.
Music was playing and beautiful views made us feel special on our anniversary.

The dining experience was fantastic, especially at the "Patio" restaurant where the food was truly delicious. Mr. Sooraj and the rest of the staff were exceptional, showing great hospitality. We enjoyed every meal, and even when we went sightseeing, the restaurant staff kindly packed hash potatoes and donuts for my son. Their kindness made the experience even more memorable.
The cab and sightseeing services provided by the hotel were considerably pricier than external options. We requested the hotel's assistance in securing transportation from outside, and initially, they agreed to arrange it. However, post-checkout, the staff's attitude took a turn, and they became uncooperative, refusing to fulfill our request. It was surprising and disappointing to experience such a change in attitude; everything was smooth during check-in, but we faced a lack of support after checking out.

The hotel was nicely refurbished but it was a mix of privately owned apartments and the hotel.. so guests were not just hotel guests..the hotel staff were superb, very caring and patiently managed our needs. The pool ould be cleaner..water is not warm. The only other issue was with the replenishment of beverages in the room which was not done. Otherwise its a wonderful place and the stay was awesome.

rooms are bad. they charge as per the hotel room tariff. but it’s a home stay and not a hotel. they make u a fool on the app.
the rooms and the foyer is very bad. lick wasn’t working properly, flooring is bad, no tissue paper box. facilities are not of a hotel.

The food and restaurant staff met our expectations. Breakfast spread has good variety, and service is fast. Location and view are good.
The place is too overpriced and overrated. They alloted a small room which was very conjusted and had no view. On expressing disappointment and almost deciding to leave, they provided room on the higher floor, which was much more spacious, with ganga view. Poor vehicle management, we are sadly leaving with a scratch in our car....

Nice view of the Ganges and good breakfast but other than that really not worth what we paid
Attitude of some of the employees at the front desk were not very service oriented. I asked for help with arranging a taxi when I was trying to get somewhere very quickly and the lady told me she would not call for me but she could give the number of a few options. I had to get on wifi to even make a call since I didn’t have a local number and the driver did not speak English so it was basically a waste of time.

its a mix complex of apartment s n hotel . though not luxurious the rooms are clean.. the river n mountains side view is exceptional.

Exceptional hospitality at an exceptional location. We were a family of five celebrating our father's 75th birthday. Kudos to the team at the resort led by Vandana ji for their dedication to the guests services. This was a special trip and the staff took care of our needs. Special mention to the variety and most importantly the quality of the food. Would love to return to this property again! Thanks again!
