It was a quiet area of Tapovan but within easy walking (or rickshaw) distance from the Ram Jhula bridge and all the major attractions.

Hotel manager Kamal is a rude guy & do not want to do anything without money .Workers are good but he was ordering them not to do it without money . He wants money to book local tour & take commision .There is no lift in property .Not advisable to pay this much amount

On check-in, he asked for the entire money in advance which is quite unlikely with hotels on prepayment.
On check-in, we found stinky bed sheets and dirty rooms, toilets were not properly cleaned. When we asked the manager to clean it, he replied," you don't get 5 star service at this price."
I found property not being maintained by the owner and hotel manager. He sounded rude in behaviour and quite insulting.
In the morning, the toilet was stuck and we requested to fix it asap as we were getting late for our departure. He didn't do anything rather told us to speak politely first.
He cancelled our booking before our checkout so that we can't write reviews here.
I would ask booking.com to remove this property from this destination for tourists as this property owner is not only rude and insulting but also manipulative.
I would request visitors to stay away from this hotel .

We stayed in a mountain view room and really enjoyed it. Beautiful views and lovely big comfortable room. A very nice place to stay in Rishikesh.

For the price, hotel is best in rishikesh. Especially Kundan who manages the hotel is very helpful. He arranged cabs, river rafting and everything for us.
We should not complaint about anything because for the price I paid it was best

Room were the exact same as I saw It online,laundry and bathroom were tidy,But honestly I would say they need to understand the guest's need also they called us several times at the time of check out we were late according to their check out time by 10 to 15 minutes only.I think receptionist has to be little polite towards their guests.
Day's shifts receptionist needs to talk in a decent way to the Guest.

For the price I paid , it is a bang for the buck , I wanted a quick getaway and was looking for budget options for a couple and this hotel has been a good choice.I wasn't a big fan of paying for overpriced bunk beds. This hotel is located in a very peaceful area and provides what is required , if you just want a place to rest. If the requirement is luxury , this is not the place , look for other options and shell out more money.
The food is not too great, my disappointment isn't the hotel management, but the auto rickshaws in the vicinity are looters and would charge 200 INR for even a 1 km ride , they have formed a union and are ruthless with their demands and are non-negotiable. The best way to explore around would be to hire a scooter for a couple of days and drive ourselves.
