Everything. Really well modernised cottage with well equipped kitchen, great range cooker, lovely garden and games room. Beds are warm and very comfortable. Owners provide lots of books and DVDs plus sky TV. Location is perfect right by the all the activities to do in the area as well as a stone's throw the beach. Local cafe is nice and the Londis across the road does daily freely baked croissants and organic bread. Owners are also friendly and responsive. We hope to visit again.

Gorgeous cottage in a lovely quiet location, just a stone's throw from the fabulous East beach and all the beachfront facilities. The garden is an absolute suntrap, and nice and secure for kids and dogs. I wish we could have stayed a bit longer!

Useful to have a private garden. The main bed was comfortable.

Accommodation was dated and not clean to a high standard. Sofa beds were not level and gave a poor nights sleep.

Comfortable cottage for relaxing break

Name & location of property not clear when arrived. Was 41 The Annex, but "Two Cottages" named on Booing.com website only. But not huge problem as rung owners & sorted.

Location good but parking was a big problem as we needed to park outside due to a disabled guest. Once we managed to get a parking space we did not dare using the car again for fear of not being able to park nearby. The property just needs finishing off, so many things were not quite completed and the garden needed tidying. There was very little space to the side of the bed. Lovely host who replaced a broken toilet seat the next day.

The property was a charming haven of calm. It had everything that we needed to self-cater. There was constant hot water, a power shower and a really beautiful, secluded garden, with lots of garden furniture. There was a summer house with table football, croquet set, etc. We were only a few minutes from the beach and amazing safe swimming. Our hosts were really helpful in answering all my questions before our stay and they kindly kept us a parking space right outside the property, so that we could unload all our stuff. It is an ideal cottage in which to recharge your batteries, relax and chill. We has hot weather but if it had rained there were lots of books, films and board games to while away the time.

We went in the third week of July and this meant that parking right next to the property might be a problem for people who might want to drive out every day, especially if they were elderly or disabled. This wasn't an issue for us, as we were happy to leave the car and walk to the beach, shops and parks.

Breakfast not included, ideal location, clean only slight problem with shower drainage as it overflowed

The light for the bathroom is behind the door so you have to go into the room shut door and then turn light on which is difficult in the dark.
