Beautiful views, quiet location, clean, modern and spacious inside and out

Our hosts made sure that we had everything that we needed for our stay in their lovely villa. We had all the facilities we needed. The villa is superbly appointed with marvellous views, a good sized pool, BBQ facilities, sun loungers, etc as well as dining table on the terrace. Marios was available if we needed any advice or information too to make our stay in Kefalonia enjoyable.

Villa Suzana is the perfect mix of modern luxurious accommodation set in one of natures finest locations with amazing views across the Ionian Sea. This was all topped by the numerous things that the family did to ensure that we had a perfect week! We were vert grateful for the communication from Mario beforehand to ensure that we found the villa easily and the fact that he stayed up to greet us and hand the keys over when we arrived at 1am in the morning. On arrival, he even provided us with what he modestly described as some snacks (we would describe them as some very nice treats)! Mario was really helpful guiding us where to go and what to do in order that we took full advantage of our time on the island. The villa was very well equipped with plenty of modern gadgets - we did not want for anything. The cleanliness was of the highest degree and everyday the lovely Suzana would pop in - always smiling to keep things tidy! Fiscardo is close on hand - a beautiful fishing/yachting marina with a huge number of great restaurants to pick from and the small beautiful and discrete beaches of Jersualem and Alates are only 5 mins drive away. Our best meal all holiday was at the restaurant overlooking the Alates beach! This was a really lovely relaxing holiday!

We are struggling to find anything that we did not like! If we had to say anything - it would simply be that our stay was not long enough!

The spotless & beautifully designed villa was thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need, on top of which a hugely generous selection of provisions was waiting in the fridge & cupboards. This meant we could start enjoying the pool and surrounding garden (with the most amount of butterflies we've ever seen) immediately - no need for the usual dash to a supermarket to buy essentials. The sunset view is especially wounderful. One of the nearest restaurants (Alati) also happens to be amazing. Marios is the perfect host, initially greeting you at the villa & remaining available via mobile / messaging to provide all the local information for which you may wish.

I was travelling with my husband the two young boys (7 & 3) and Marios & his family couldn’t have done more for us to make us feel welcome. The house was exceptionally clean with everything you need and they gave us lots of tips as to what we should do whilst staying in beautiful Fiscardo. Not to mention entertaining our kids by lending us some fun Lilos! Couldn’t recommend enough we had a wonderful and relaxing stay.

The host family was so friendly, helpful and thoughtful. They had bought some food for us before we had even arrived and were extremely welcoming. They were kind in every way and even managed to help us to get to a beach on the last day before our flight left in the evening. And by the way the sunset views from the villa are stunning.
