部屋が広く、お風呂がジェットバスや打たせ湯のようなシャワーもあり、とても満足です。

Los muebles de la habitación están un poco antiguos, solo había control de luces por un lado de la cama y no hay luz de mesa de noche ni mesas de noches, nuestra habitación de la tercera planta era muy ruidosa, se oía a los vecinos y la calle. La gestión del desayuno es mala, hay pocas mesas y te tienes que apuntar en una lista hasta que te llamen pudiendo esperar hasta 15 minutos en entrar.

No onsen Could have change the purple signboard /neon lights at top of building to Daiwa hotel instead of Daiwa group. As it’s a hotel and not company . Why not make it easier for tourists, hotel guest ?

So close to the station! The hotel lobby is spacious and feels like a high class hotel. The employees were so kind and accommodating.

If I were to name anything, it would be that I wish they had more washer/dryers. The hotel TV has a handy feature that tells you when one of the machines are open, but every time we would rush to get it, someone would have beaten us there, or extended the cycle.

Check-in and out was quick. Location of hotel is good. Very convenient.

The coin laundry was not good. The dryer function was not good. Couldn’t dry the clothes after washing. Suggest that the hotel revamp that and install the separate laundry and dryer machines.

The hotel staff were very kind and the hotel was very clean with a modern design. The hotel were happy to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out which was very convenient. The buffet breakfast had great variety and was plentiful.

I found the bed very firm and as a result, sleep was challenging and a little uncomfortable.

Room is spacious bright and had a street view window. 5 mins walk to food shopping and all means of transport. Helpful front desk staffs. Spacious lobby.

Hotel to provide option to change towels on alternative day to save the environment.

hotel is right next to big Nagoya JR station with big mall and many restaurants nearby.

the mattresses were horrible, the pocket springs are old and weary. Only five slots of parking and would never available, I stayed two nights.

All of us got sick because of room dust and dust mite. Got some bite on bed bugs. I guess this would be improved by the property. You will be deceived by the look of the room but not the comfort of your stay.
