The facilities including the spa was good, lobby is nice with great view of the city. Room size is ok

The staff service was below par given the value and rating granted to this hotel. When asked for restaurant recommendations and car park issues, the staff’s attitude was bad and was reluctant to address my request. Attempted to ask another staff but then another staff’s respond was also bad, no facial expression, barely looked at you and not to say a smile and they just wanted to get you out asap. This is totally unacceptable customer service. Ok one staff who helped us to check in was ok. I would not recommend this hotel unless you would not need to have any human contact when staying. The client servicing I would say is the worst I have ever come across in entire Mitsui chain or even worse than any 3 stars hotels.

- Das Essen beim Frühstücksbuffet war nicht richtig warm. - Zimmer etwas zu Eng für zwei große Koffer - Zu wenig Nachhaltigkeit und Umweltschutz. Es gibt eine Baum Karte die man an die Tür hängen kann um Ressourcen zu schonen, leider war keine davon in unserem Zimmer. Jeden Tag neue Handtücher, neuer Bettbezug und Reinigung muss nicht sein, macht man zu Hause auch nicht.

Location is great, right in the center of Nagoya, near the train and subway station. Very cosy rooms, relaxing hotel. Great breakfast.

The bath at the hotel was a bit disappointing as there was only indoor bath.

배드가 너무 불편함 둘이선 절대 못잠.. 여행내내 잠을 잘 못자서 피곤함 배드가 벽과 어정쩡한 거리로 띄워져있어 몸이 빠질것같아 자다깨다 반복 그리고 룸이 너무 작아 캐리어 두개 펼쳐놓을 수 없음

Nice views great location just a few minutes from Nagoya station very friendly staff, the spa was great too

A bit small room and I didn’t find the breakfast very tasty, I was after local delicacies unagimabushi, plenty though. More fruits to choose from would be nicer.
