De kamer die we hadden geboekt was super groot met een heerlijk zacht groot bed! De badkamer was ook erg netjes inclusief warm water :) Het ontbijt is ook top en veel variatie! De mensen van her hostel zijn super aardig en helpen je graag mee met excursies en tips.

Lo primero y creo que es lo más importante el trato del personal. Cercano y cortes.

No dispone de bastante agua caliente. Esperas mucho para tomar el baño y se acaba muy rápido. Pille una habitación con jacuzzi y nunca lo pude usar porque no salía agua caliente. Una pena.

I love that it’s pet friendly as I’m traveling with my dog. The staff were all very nice and seemed happy. The room and facilities were clean and very comfortable.

The location is good. Good wifi (especially for Sam Cris). nice common area and garden to hang out.

I treated myself to a double room and I needed to work and recuperate so I didn’t want to be woken up by others in a dorm…well, instead I got woken up by the cleaners every morning. The shower pressure in my room was terrible so used shared bathroom. I have as also there for a week and no cleaning of my room.

Fantastic hostel; Good facilities and the best staff.

Everything was good but just to mention something, I missed having better wife in the TV room. Everywhere else it worked well.

Great location, few minute walk from center and markets. You have several activities to do so it wont be boring and people were very friendly and welcoming, definitely recommend if you look for nice and chill place to stay in Saint Cristobal!

We had ants in our room - MANY of them. They went for our food. We only stayed 2 night though, and therefore didn't bother asking for help as we was going to leave soon. But i'm sure the staff would have helped if we asked - they were very friendly

The staff here are very friendly and super helpful. Hostel was always clean, tidy and comfortable. The location is near to several nice restaurants, cafes and a bakery just up the road. Value for money is great.

The wife didn’t reach our room but this was only inconvenient in the evenings.

Homely, clean, quiet, colorful, spacious and super cozy. I'd totally come back and stay longer.

a cozy place, good common areas and facilities. The dorms were comfortable with curtain in each bed.

Location was fantastic - easily walking around the full centre. Facilities were great, we loved the games room with table tennis!! Room was a good size. Staff were nice.

Only really minor dislikes relating to the particular room we had... Room slightly outdated with minor fixes needed and to make it more comfortable... such as a cover on the window above the door which lets light in and wakes you up very early each morning. Loo had problems flushing sometimes. Lacking bath mat too so floor was very wet and cold after showers. Some nicer touches would.be some light shades so its not just bright white lights :) really just minor but small things would really improve the bedroom.

-Private rooms are a bit dark and not super cozy to hang out in -It does get cold at night (but this is everywhere in San Cris) -WiFi doesn't work in all the areas, cuts out often (in case you're working it's not the best connection all the time) -If you don't like bugs, it's not ideal (the private room had a trail of ants on the wall and spiders, mosquitos sometimes can get in through the gap on the door) -The shared kitchen sink is a bit gross (quite dirty)

Super friendly staff, very helpful booking tours and let us store our bags after check out as we had a night bus. Room was very nice and hot shower. Got very cold at night but there was loads of extra blankets on the bed to stay warm. Games area in hostel was great to chill out. Location is perfect and close to loads of really good restaurants. Value for money too!

Very nice hostel with beautiful private rooms. The hot water was really hot :P Super chill Out area and a small Market where you can buy water and Beer around the corner. The stuff once organized a dinner where everyone could join which was big fun.

We had a great experience at Casa Gaia! The hostel is located in the center, just a few blocks from the main street. The staff was super helpful and friendly and the room was cleaned daily! We were there for Christmas and had the pleasure of spending it with some amazing people met in the hostel. Really recommend :)

I was offered a bed as I arrived very tired and earlier than expected. The vibe ist very chilled and familiar. The volunteers are doing a great Job and make sure you are fine. During Christmas the owner came by and brought Antipasti for everyone. I extended many times and would always come back.
