Apparecchi aggiornati, pavimenti in legno e planimetria luminosa e aperta. 2 minuti dal centro di Clarksville / APU, 20 minuti da Campbell e solo 45 minuti da Nashville! Grandi letti, grandi armadi e cucina completamente attrezzata + sala da pranzo. Casa comprende lavatrice + asciugatrice, macchina per il caffè e tutti gli altri servizi. Soggiorno per famiglie con TV da 50 pollici con Roku, WiFi ad alta velocità e giochi. Minuti da giù e Fort Campbell. Gli animali sono i benvenuti! Dorme 12 ospiti!Ampio cortile per bambini e animali domestici per divertirsi all'aperto. Pavimenti in legno rinnovati e cucina aperta che è ottimo per cucinare e trascorrere del tempo di qualità con la famiglia e gli amici. La casa è inoltre dotata di lavatrice e asciugatrice e ampio soggiorno con TV da 50 pollici e Roku. Internet ad alta velocità disponibile per gli ospiti. My family and I were in town for a memorial service and this place was perfect. It was close to most everything and was roomy enough for our family. Definitely recommend staying here!

The purpose of our stay was for a family funeral. The house was great for being together and having our separate sleeping accommodations. It was superior to booking 4 separate hotel rooms.

Such a nice place to stay!
This place was so nice and cozy. The management is quick to respond when you have a concern or question. They are flexible with dates and times which made our stay that much less stressful. Definitely will recommend to anyone staying in Clarksville!

Good find.
My family and I enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and lights were turned on for us before hand. Easy to rent at the last moment as well. Would stay here again if we’re in the area.

Great property, updated, good location
Overall I give this a 5 because the management company stayed in constant contact (even though we really never needed them after check in) and the home was exactly what we expected. The driveway is really small (barely fit our 2 trucks) and parking on the street is not an option but we made it work. The beds were nice and the home was very clean and well kept. It had everything we needed for long weekend, in town for a softball tournament. Only negative was that the couches in the living room are very uncomfortable and we recommend changing those out and the kitchen table is older so the chairs fill unstable. But that would not keep us from returning to this property.

So clean, owners are very kind and responsive!
We very much enjoyed our stay here! We were able to get into the house on short notice, and were able to extend our stay longer than initially planned with absolutely no problems—the property managers were so flexible and responded very quickly to my questions/needs! The beds were better than what we have at home—soo comfortable! I would highly recommend this place!

Perfect stay
Everything with our stay went according to plan - the homeowners, even being out of the country at the time still were in great communication with us. The house was perfect size & very clean. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

Close to Kroger and other shopping, nothing bad about house, brand new and everything was as advertised, will be renting again as we have family in area

Family trip to TN..
Had a great time! Very clean and well put together. Only thing that needs attention, the bathroom upstairs needs a curtain and maybe another tv or two in the bedrooms...
