Séjour parfait, personnel accueillant, professionnel, à l’écoute, hôtel magnifique , Spa au top , massage Serenity au top, chambre spacieuse et propre, restaurant principal qui propose beaucoup de choix , restaurant italien excellent ,équipe d’animation qui donne beaucoup d’énergie dans ses spectacles

Tout est parfait dans cet hôtel J’ai juste 2 suggestions: des rideaux réellement opaques dans les chambres pour être réveillé moins tôt, comme l’équipe d’animation a un DJ ce serait bien d’avoir une soirée par semaine où ce DJ anime cette soirée pour que les gens puissent s’amuser et danser librement

Big and spacious . Good air conditioning in rooms

Not 5 star. Good 4 star lacking the little items that make it 5 star. No night time turn down service . Beach was not clean . Coffee pods were not replaced in our room no fresh orange juice at breakfast.

the hotel was fantastic

on arrival at the hotel our air con within our suite was not working, after waiting a whole day and late into the evening we were moved to another room, This was a little disappointing.

Staff was really helpful and beds were extremely comfortable. Hotel rooms were amazing and pools are sooooo nice all of them really easy to get in to pool because pools are like a sea slowly getting deeper don’t need to use ladders. Hotel was fancy.

First of all, all inclusive is not all inclusive for drinks there was a menu you just choose what's on the menu you can not order as a drink everything you want. There is a one a la cart restaurant and it is not included to all inclusive. Buffet was nice but not nice like Antalya Turkey hotels. It wasn’t a huge buffet just a normal buffet size. Desserts was not tasty in my opinion. For me buffet was 6/10. It is not a close to City Center by walk it is like a 38 minutes, with taxi it was 7 minutes. I don’t care the distance just for a opinion who wants to visit here. The other thing i want to mention hotel was really clean but the problem is staff was not changing the towels every time they clean the room. There was no slippers in the room and ground was cold but i didn’t ask for a slipper i used my slippers if you ask may be they will give i am not sure.

The spa was lovely, gorgeous pools, good location. Nice private beach, very comfortable bed and great spacious rooms.

Hard to find something bad, except the A La Carte restaurant. Food was substandard, overcooked and no where near A La Carte.
