Beautiful, modern, spacious and clean rooms with big bathrooms. Lovely heated outdoor pool with bar area. Easy walking distance to port, shops and restaurants. Handy shop next door selling water, sunscreen, alcoholic drinks etc.

Large buffet breakfast but selection not as good as previous year.

Otel genel olarak hem oda hem ortak kullanım alanları olmak üzere gerçekten çok temiz ve güzeldi. Oda parlıyordu sanki odada kalacak ilk kişi benmişim gibi hissettirdi.Türkiye’de kendimde resepsiyonist olduğum için otel konaklamalarımda daha çok ayrıntı dikkatimi çekiyor ama genel olarak memnun kaldım.Çalışanlar yardımsever,güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydiler özellikle kahvaltıda çalışan erkek garsonlar çok ilgilendiler.Resepsiyonist arkadaşlarda aynı şekilde valizlerimizi checkin saatinden önce bırakmamızda ve check out sonrası bırakmamızda olanak sağladılar.Kahvaltı da gayet yeterliydi çeşit çoktu sadece ek olarak patates kızartmasıda olabilirdi bence tek eksik buydu.Biz çok memnun kaldık. O yüzden Blue Lagoon City ailesine 10 puan ;)

The location is absolutely perfect, close enough to the centre of Kos to make everything accessible, not that near to be bothered by the downtown noises of the nightlife. The breakfast was so full of choices that made it impressive. The staff at the pool bar and the breakfast lounge were polite, energetic and eager to help any way possible, no matter how early in the morning or late in the afternoon it was. The rooms were clean and spacious. I was completely satisfied with my stay.

Some of the tables of the breakfast lounge are not visible from the entrance of the room which created a little chaos on our 1st attempt of having breakfast. The hotel must have been totally packed with people or close to that so the people trying to get breakfast, not being able to see the available tables, created a queue of around 20 people in the hotel lobby. There was a member of the staff welcoming the people but maybe a breakfast usher on the fully booked days could be the solution. Different subject maybe the fridge in the room could be a little cooler.

We loved the location. It was only a 5 minute walk to Kos Town. The included Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices.

Perfect hotel, very clean, modern. Great choice for breakfast, good central location not far down to beach and shops. One thing I was very very impressed with was when checking out, the flight was 12 hours later, but no problem in storing the bags, using the pool and even the use of a room to shower before leaving for the flight. The staff were very friendly and couldn't be more helpful.

Maybe a extra pillow on the bed, only one pillow each for the both of us, having said this, I'm sure if I asked reception for an extra pillow or two they would have provided.

Loved the location of the hotel close to a lot of great restaurants and bars . Breakfast was good . Enjoyed our stay.

No bidet in toilet but that's a minor thing can't complain everything was good.

Breakfast was great and I believe would suit all tastes. Location of hotel is great, everything in short walking distance.
