Il lago Rotoiti ha il privilegio di offrire le favolose piscine calde del lago Rotoiti accessibili solo in barca, provate una gita serale per un'esperienza di vita. Le barche a noleggio partono dalla porta di casa - vai a pescare, alle terme o fai un picnic. We enjoyed our family stay in this convenient house with amazing views. Hosts are always available to help and advice. If you are a group and want to discover Rotorua area, we definitely recommend this batch. Don’t hesitate, you will have great time !

The jewel of this property is the outside, it’s stunning. Inside the house is a good size, but it is a bit dated - particularly the kitchen and downstairs. But it has all that you need for your time away. My gripe is that the property is advertised as 6 rooms - but it is in fact 4 rooms, the remaining rooms are seperate and it requires additional payment. I think this needs to be clearer- not threaded in the later paragraphs. But nevertheless an enjoyable stay.

We were a group of five friends staying in the main house of Rotoiti Lakeside Lodge. The water front location was great and the house is very spacious. There were some misunderstandings due to the owners replacing the key with an electronic numbers lock. This caused some issues with our check in. But I am sure this is sorted for future guests at the lodge. I would definitely go there again.

Fabulous weekend with wider whanau and kids to celebrate a (low key) 70th birthday. The property was great everything you need was there and plenty of room for us all.
The kids had alot of fun on kayaks and dinghy it was great watching from the deck. A cricket game on the lawn and a few passes of a rugby ball
Close to Rotorua with all its activities but also comfortable if you want to stay in. The weather was perfect.

Fabulous spot! We noticed it is a house that accommodates for children, so would be great to have one high chair available.
The oven and dishwasher need replacing - they aren’t in very good condition.
Other than that a great place, would definitely recommend to others.

My friends and I loved our time at this bach with direct access to the lake. Was very spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed using the kayaks and the rowboat included in the price.

Spent 4 nights at this lovely holiday home. It has plenty of space for two families with a spacious kitchen and living area. Bedrooms and bathrooms very generous size. The outdoor area is great for kids to play and kayaks handy for a paddle over to Okere Falls Cafe.

I booked the Rotoiti Lakeside Lodge for myself and a group of friends for my 40th Birthday. We stayed 3 nights, and couldn’t have asked for a better place to book! The outlook as soon as you come down the driveway and see the lake was amazing. The house itself was nice and big, with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs - all already made up into our bedding configuration. The kitchen was great, with so much already there…cups,plates,cutlery etc. And the outside deck off the lounge was just perfect.
I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay to celebrate a milestone birthday. It is about a 15-20 min drive from Rotorua, but that didn’t bother us at all, as we spent all of our time at the property. Also - the Okere Falls Store and Beer Garden are a must visit!! Especially Burger night on Fridays, and the legendary Briskit Toasted Sandwich. A 5 min drive from the Property.

This property had everything we needed to cater for our 7 adults and 5 children. Plenty of space inside and out, enough bedrooms for our needs and the bonus of 4 bathrooms. The view was spectacular and everyone loved our time at this property.
The weather was not perfect but it did not stop us doing all the things we had planned except being able to have drinks on the deck down by the water. Another time perhaps.

This house was perfect for our group of 8 adults. Each couple had their own bedroom and there were 3 bathrooms with showers. The living area is spacious, tidy and relaxing and was a great place to spend time together even in the rain. Excellent hosts with friendly, clear communication. Would love to stay here again and highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Rotoiti Lakeside Lodge, it is a very comfortable, well maintained property with great heating and comfy beds. Plenty of bathrooms and a large well equipped kitchen too.

Enjoyed Friday night tacos at Okere Falls Cafe & returned there for coffee on way home.
Had a lovely few hours at the Rotoiti hotpools & our big kids did some wakeboarding etc. plus a paddle in the kayaks. Enjoyed the nightime Treewalk & also the epic new loop ride of the Redwoods in Rotorua.
Like others have said... our adult children are discussing when to come back! Highly recommended, thank you to the host family.

My friends and I have had such a great weekend away at this beautiful bach. A very warm, cozy living area and the same goes for the bed rooms. There was plenty of space and the beds were very comfortable.
Also communication with the owner was great! 10/10 very pleased. I will be making a booking for this property again in the future.

We were blessed with warm, calm weather in early May and spent time eating breakfast on the deck and sipping beer and wine and yakking on the jetty in the afternoon. Lots of bathrooms, space, kitchen and BBQ worked really well for us all. Wasn't sure how getting the keys posted to me when people were arriving from different places but we coordinated our time beautifully! Great contact with owners. Several said they would be very happy to come back and stay again. Recommend Okere Falls cafe - repeat visits. Great burgers on Thursday evening. Plus Redwood Treewalk at dusk a must. A very happy bunch. Many thanks.
