Excellent home for a large group / family
This property was a lovely location for a group of girls catching up. Wonderfully located and just a beautiful space. Lovely outdoor area and a great lounge. Perfect for big as there are many beds and a lovely open plan kitchen / living area. Awesome dishwasher.

Excellent Property
We enjoyed our short stay at this property which is comfortable and homely, with its well maintained facilities which we did not have the chance to use as it was our last night's stay in Perth and we checked in quite late and had to leave early. Would have loved to make use of the kitchen which is so well equipped, and have our meals prepared and taken in the beautiful courtyard. The garden is beautiful and well maintained. Would love to stay in this property again.

Excellent home away from home
We stayed at Ocean Keys Cottage in July with our 2 children and 4 other children. It accommodated the 8 of us beautifully with several areas in the house to be able to spread out and have privacy if wished. The home is extremely clean, comfortable and has all the comforts of home. Andrew made our stay very easy and accommodating. Thank you:)

A little gem
Fantastic property, we were surprised at how big the property is! we stayed for a weekend with our two children, everything we needed was at the house, great attention to detail. Felt like a home away from home very comfortable we will be back.

Superb!
We had the pleasure of staying at this property twice, on our arrival in and our departure from Perth. Andrew is without doubt one of the best landlord/owners we have dealt with, he is super efficient, answers all queries and requests without delays and always goes that extra mile; thank you Andrew, you made us feel most welcome!
The property is beautiful, a real home from home; the attention to detail, fixtures, fittings etc are superb, you will want for nothing when staying at this property but if you find you do need something, Andrew is most receptive, all you need to do is ask. The kitchen area is fully equipped should you self cater and has a beautiful courtyard area if you wish to have your meals outside; we made frequent use of this area!
The location is perfect, a few minutes walk from a small shopping centre, cafes, restaurants and pub.
We needed transfers from / to Perth airport and Andrew was able to advise a company that we used, it was faultless service.
We will most definitely, without doubt book this property again and I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone wanting accommodation in the Perth (Clarkson) area.

We locked the keys in the house and the owner could not have been more helpful problem solved in very short time

Helpful owner and great location!
We stayed here for only one night when we visited friends in the Mindarie area, a day before flying out of Perth so great location for us. It is walking distance to large shopping centre, close to some great beaches and the local marina. Everything provided and tons of space.

Great place for families!
We stayed at Ocean Keys for 13 days and had a wonderful stay. There were 11 of us (6 adults, and 5 children all under the age of 5) It was a perfect setup for kids. Everything was on one level which is essential when you have two one year olds who haven't yet mastered the art of stair climbing. Additionally, everything was walled/fenced in so even when outside, the kids were always safe. There was ample room for the kids to run around and the home theatre room was a great where they could unwind from time-to-time.
As for the general area, there is a mall which is a 3 minute walk without kids (5 minutes with) that has a K-Mart, Woolworths, Target, and food court. Having a grocery store nearby was great as we cooked breakfast and dinner in the house. Speaking of which, the kitchen/dining area was ample. The fridge and pantry are huge so we were able to store all of the food we needed. The kitchen is fully equipped and had everything we needed to prepare meals on a daily basis. The only device that we thought would be a nice addition is a coffee percolator. We bought one for $5.00 at K-Mart, but we brought it back with us.
There is a park nearby, I think around 1km, but we didn't spend much time there. The location itself is outside of Perth, but if you have a car everything is easily accessible. Public transportation is available, but we decided renting cars would be much easier than herding all the little ones! Hillary's Boat Harbour is between the cottage and Perth and is a wonderful place to spend the day with kids. There's a sheltered man-made beach and, if the waters are calm enough, this is a beautiful beach just on the other side of the main parking lot. There's also an aquarium which our kids really enjoyed. If you have really little ones, the Craigie Leisure Centre is close by and has a children's pool and an outdoor splash park that only cost each family $8.00 for entry.
Andrew was always quick to respond to phone calls, texts, and e-mails whenever we had any questions. We definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Perth.

Fantastic
This holiday rental ticked every box. Traveling with 5 mums it was tricky to please everyone. This had everything and none of us was disappointed. The photos show true and the such a great position, walking distance to a great pub and shops. Will def stay again.

Lovely holiday home for the family
We were really happy with our stay! Lovely home, clean and tidy, well set out. Excellent rates wouldn't have found better anywhere. Was close to the shopping centre and a nice park for the kids. Well worth the money
Overall we found this house well above average,clean,good layout,and well stocked with cooking equipment. It is situated in a quite area within 4 to 5 mins walk to shops,pubs, resturants etc etc. Easy access to bus routes then onto train to Perth so no problem with having a meal and a few drinks in the city then getting back without the worry of a expensive Taxi trip. .Owner was easy to get on with and helpfull.I will be booking this house again if vacant and will recommend it to my friends when they travel down south to Perth

Comfort Stay With Excellent Facilities
Recently, my family and I traveled to Perth and we stayed at Ocean Keys Cottage for 10D 9N with total number of 8 adults and 3 children. The house itself was extremely beautiful and very neat. The facilities in the house were tremendously practical. Andrew as a land lord was very kind to us and generous to offer baby cot since we traveled with kids. He really concerned on our well being. We really had a remarkable stay at Ocean Keys Cottage and would recommend our friends as well as relatives to stay here. Thanks again Andrew for your warm hospitality.

Cozy and Furnished Cottage
My family and I are comfortable when we were in the house. The home is neat, orderly and complete. Its only 30 minutes away from the Perth City. The neighboring area is likewise really decent. The stores are really near by. It takes only 5 minutes by walk and very convenient. Andrew is a friendly and easy to contact with, because he is just a phone call away. I will definitely recommend this cottage to all my friends and family who would like to spend their time in Perth.

Awesome!
The property was awesome. It was homey and beautiful and we loved it. For such a good price, it was such an amazing value. It was clean, well maintained and very elegant. The location was perfect - it was on a hill and the view was beautiful and across the road you had shops and restaurants. We stayed there for two weeks and Andrew was easily reached either by sms or phone call. He was very helpful and kind.
We would definitely stay there again in the future and has recommended it to friends and family who would like to stay in Perth.

Great home, Great area, Great landlord, 100% Happy
I arrived in Perth in early January 2014 from Glasgow, Scotland after my company had arranged 1 month of accommodation at Ocean Keys Cottage.
When I arrived the landlord (Andrew) was there to welcome me, where he introduced me to the friendly neighbours while he was maintaining the garden, which looked great when walking into the main door of the house.
The house inside is immaculate. The furniture is modern and everything was more than I excepted. It also has a great cinema room & large patio where you can unwind on your own or with the family.
I would recommend this house to anyone who is coming to Perth for a holiday or long term as it near everything you need (shops, train, buses, beaches). The landlord is always available 24/7 if you need him. Great home, great area, great landlord. 100% recommend. Thanks, had a brilliant first month in Perth because of staying at this house. A real winner, great spacious modern property.
We were all really surprised when we arrived at the property. It was clean and modern with lots of character. The patio was the icing on the cake, it was like having a extra large room in the house. We spent most our evenings out there.
The kids spent most of their time in the cinema room which was another great feature.
You can't beat the ideal location of this property, close to the shops, a short walk to the beach and marina. I would recommend this property to anyone. Most of all we felt safe during our entire stay.
We would definitely book there again.
