The reception was fantastic he was super friendly and was so helpful he understood we had a really bad experience and tried to make it as best as he could for us

Everything was lovely

1. The way how the personnel interacts and makes your stay perfect - very friendly people. 2. The hotel is placed on a quiet location although quiet far from nice beaches (at least 20-25 minutes by car). 3. Room Service 4. Free and big parking place ( we had a 9 seater minivan)

1. The pool is getting closed at 19 PM - very disappointing!!! I would agree to close it for cleaning but 19 o'clock, seriously? Everybody returns to the hotel in the evening and wants to relax at the pool. They could have close it at 21 or 21:30 o'clock, would have been definitely better. Cleaning time from 21 PM - 09 AM would be enough. This is one of the main reasons we would no longer return to this hotel. We were 8 people, everybody felt bad hearing that once we checked in. 2. Some of the facilities were broken or not working properly: Air Conditioning stuck on a predefined temperature, bathroom door not working properly, no shampoo or shower gel, old and dirty curtain by the shower, freezer not cooling properly, snooker table malfunctioning etc. 3. Breakfast and dinner were not really creative; the quality of the food was good but 90 % of the things were repeated every day.

It was super hard to find 2 nights stay at the same hotel in Kavos. I had to stay 1 night in Olympion village and the second night in a different hotel. The compound is so beautiful, cozy and clean. It is located 5-7 min walking from the nightlife area which is a plus. You can sleep anytime without hearing any noise. The room is big with a nice view to the pool. The breakfast was good too and the staff are very helpful.

A bit expensive comparing to other hotel/studio with same or more facilities

paid for half board and got very little had to have salad everyday no meat maggots in rice potatoes unwashed they didn’t seem to care everyone paid half board and they never supplied ample food to even cater completely ripped of lost over half a stone

the staff were awful, very rude and kept shouting, treated horribly, had to pay a €50 deposit and did not get it back , had bed bugs , poo all over the walls , poo in swimming pool , the cleaners stole clothes and money . do not stay here

Our room was spacious, clean with good aircon. Balcony sea view was incredible. The pool area was relaxing. All staff so helpful, polite and friendly they couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was nice. If we ever returned we would stay back there.
