Really like the Landmark, it’s perfectly located. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Only issue is we thought it would be central A/C not individual units. The master bathroom had a strange design which made showering a bit difficult without getting water everywhere. Overalll it was a great stay and we really enjoyed ourselves. The pickle ball court in the back was a great bonus!

the location was a 10! the condo was quite small and tight for a 4 br 4bath. living space was very small. sink in queen bedroom clogged entire stay. the owner was very nice, for the price we spent for the week i was a little underwhelmed. pictures are much nicer then the actual place.

2 showers are missing glass. The downstairs bedroom has fixtures next to the bed that are extremely dangerous.

We stayed here with another family and the condo perfectly met our needs. The pool was amazing and we spent hours there nearly everyday! The location was walkable to everything we wanted to do on the mountain. We did have one little problem with the remote batteries for the blinds but the front desk was able to help us. It was a great summer Vail experience!

Nice newly redone space in the heart of Lionshead. Our family had a great time. Amenities at Landmark are great. Heated pool. Hot tubs. Ski locker. Everything was as expected. Easy walk to lifts.

This property is awesome! My family stayed here for my wedding and it was the perfect location & size. My 7 bridemaids also has their hair and makeup done at the vrbo! Could not of stayed at a better place

Not As Advertised
The apartment is in Lions Head, which is a short bus ride to vail village. The counters, and tables were dirty when we arrived. The room smelled like someone was cooking before we arrived. The apartment is very small, and should not be a 4 bedroom apartment. There are way better places to stay in Vail for the same price or less. We actually only stayed two nights, and moved to another apartment in Vail Village for the rest of our stay. I would not recommend this apartment, unless they lower the price making it more of a value stay in Lions Head.

Great location
This property is in a fantastic location. Communication with Pablo was fantastic. He was quick to answer questions and help with a small check in issue. We did have issues with the cleanliness of the property. There were bathroom shower drains that were clogged. When looking for a remote, we found food under the couch. There were lights that were nonfunctioning. Upon pulling out the trundle in one of the rooms, the sheets were visibly dirty and had 100% not been changed. Considering that amount that this property is charging we were disappointed with the amenities.

Appreciate the early check in but the unit was not cleaned well and the paper products were lacking . Hard to believe that it is 2200 square feet…. location was great

We loved our stay at this condo in Vail. The property was clean, and the property manager was kind and prompt with responses. They helped us with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay again.

Quintessential Vail
Check in, getting a ski locker, parking passes, etc. is a bit cumbersome because though this unit is in the Landmark building, it is cleaned and managed by an outside agency. The location is terrific in Lionshead and the property itself, though it could use some updating, was perfectly adequate.

A nice home away from home.
We really enjoyed the location and amenities of the property. A bathroom in each bedroom was a plus. It was great to have a washer and dryer as well. The unit could have used wash clothes in the bathrooms and dishcloths for the kitchen. Also it needed more toilet tissue.

Christmas in Vail
The location of the property was great. The photos made the property look larger than it was. It felt small for an adult family of five. We were disappointed with the cleanliness. There were old gummy worms and crayons in the couch cushions and the master bed did not have a bottom sheet, we had to request that it get made up.
Overall we enjoyed our time in Vail but the condo was not the highlight.

Great condo!
We had 2 families of 4. Kids were 8 and 10 and the twin rooms were perfect for their ages. Every room has its own full bathroom. The location was awesome - gondola is a very short walk away, you can rent bikes and ride to Vail Village, but it’s also easy to walk. We stayed Labor Day weekend and the condo has no AC so it got a little warm, but that’s not typical of CO. We kept the shades down and windows open with fans to keep it cool. That would be the only complaint. The view is incredible, the pool and hot tubs are fantastic. Highly recommend this condo and Pablo the Property Manager is extremely helpful and returns calls and questions immediately! Wish we didn’t have to leave!

Amazing!!
We stayed here the week after Christmas 2019 and had the best time. Pablo was fantastic. He checked in with us about 2 weeks prior to our arrival and again a few days before. We had a quick question after we checked in and was able to contact him and he took care of it immediately. We loved that all 4 bedrooms had its own bathroom and everything was nice and clean. How you see it on the website is exactly how it is in person. We definitely will stay there again but thinking maybe a week during the summer. Thank you Pablo for making our stay so comfortable.

We stayed at this 4 bedroom condo for 4 nights in March of 2018 with 10 adults! Although it had adequate beds for the adults, there is little floor space in the bedrooms for suitcases and ski attire when you pull out the trundle beds. They supply one ski locker, which was not large enough for everyone's equipment. With that being said, the staff at the front desk did supply a second locker for us to use. Plenty of bathrooms, but living area for 10 adults is tight. With that said, the view from the balcony is awesome. The distance to the lifts and Lionshead Village is very convenient. Pablo, the property manager, was very responsive and helpful throughout our visit.

Perfect for 8
We traveled with 4 couples and loved the place. There is only one master, but the other guest rooms are all nice and everyone does have their own bath. The photograph shown is the view from the balcony and it's worth it!! Pablo is very responsive and helpful - before and during the stay. Location is PRIME!

Exceptional Lodging
We stayed in this 4-bedroom condo over a long President's Day weekend in February 2017. We had two families (both with two children) in our group -- 8 in total -- and we were comfortable. The home is well-appointed, each bedroom has a full bath, and the kitchen/living area is top-notch. There are trundle beds in two of the bedrooms, which would allow for 3 children in those rooms. The home was spotlessly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the deck overlooking the front of the Vail Mountain -- it offers unmatched views. Parking in the facility was simple, and the locker was a real plus to store ski-gear. We rented from a facility right around the corner, so it was very convenient. There is a "general store" right beneath the Landmark building, which made getting groceries simple. There were also a number of restaurants within a 2-minute walk, including Blue Moose Pizza, Bart & Yeti's, and Moe's BBQ. The walk to the gondola was also very short (less 3-4 minutes). Our children enjoyed the ice-skating rink, which you can see from the deck. We forgot our bathing suits, but the heated pool and hot tubs looked inviting. Honestly, the location of this condo is perfect, and you could take a shuttle up the mountain. Having a car is unnecessary here -- everything's within easy walking distance. If you want to go to Vail Village, the free shuttle is simple and convenient.
The only minor criticisms we had were (1) we couldn't figure out the heating/cooling system, and (2) the elevator (there's only one) up to the fifth floor was slow and often packed. I'd recommend some instructions about how to lower the heat (it was too hot for us at night, so we had to open windows). And, we ended up just hiking up and down the stairs. But, again, those are minor criticisms. It's a beautiful place, and I'd stay here again.
