The Villa was beautiful. Very grateful for the wine and welcome items for me and my family. The location was amazing, not too far from the shops and Aiya Napa. Nice quiet area, very family oriented. Our taxi drivers Andreas & Angel made our stay super! Great people, and their recommendations were incredible.

The only thing that can be improved is that we were unable to use the balcony upstairs due to the birds and pigeon droppings. The net that has been been left there to prevent the droppings falling has actually made it possible for there to be birds nests.

we liked it a lot, but it’s too far from center and there is no supermarket nearby , also there were lot of pigeons which made noise and dirt. we liked a lot swimming pool, it was beautiful outside and was very comfortable, grill set was good, it’s very calm street and stuff were so nice and attentive.

Great and nice villa, very cosy apartments. It is really comfortable for group of 6 people, even 7-8 can be accommodated. Pool and barbecue zone is good, you can cook some food there. The host was responsive and fixed some issues with water and washing machine.

No good beach nearby, car is required.

The space, layout, big kitchen, beautiful gardens, quite location, 2 nice size bathrooms- 1 consisting of a bath.

There was a leak in the pool so water levels kept going down, fridge wasn't very cold. not many utensils and pans to cook with, a few marks and little things like cracked glasses. There were lots of pigeon poo and we got a very rude email threatening us with eviction for noise when infact it was the villa behind us.

Swimming Pool and BBQ

A good size swimming pool, very good air conditioning, very comfy beds. The outside area is designed for relaxation.

Maybe not a big deal but still... we had a few wifi interruptions, no internet for a couple of minutes a few times a day.
