Location is by Nissi beach. Yet view from rooms is not as good as shown in pictures the building is U shaped so not best view but you can see other rooms and people on their balconies

Breakfast not up to expectations for 5 star hotel

The room was quite spacious as it was on the corner of the wing and at the last level. Due to its placement it was also quiet. The beach was very close, they have access to a small bay and it's good enough for a swim but you might need some special shoes as the entry is a bit too rocky. Although it's close to Nissi beach. The breakfast was varied but average in taste.

A disgusting smell coming from drainpipe. They should refill the fridge with water every day for a 5 star hotel. Is very difficult for someone with allergies to find something to eat there.

Facilities, location , quality of rooms

The staff were wonderful. Especially the manager Costas who organized a birthday party for our daughter, complete with sushi prepared (despite the sushi bar being closed for the season) and a birthday cake. We had fantastic spa treatments as well and great food at the pool every day! Our kids LOVED the pool!

We just wish the waterslides were open more than the 2-3 hours a day

A recepciósok egyáltalán nem voltak kedvesek. A bejelentkezéskor várakoztattak 40 percet. A szoba egyáltalán nem olyan, mint a képeken. Nincs fűtött medence. Az étel (reggeli) nem 5 csillagos szállodahoz való. Reggel fúráshangra kellett kelnünk.

strašný signál v hotely na wifi , vlastné dáta ani telefonovať sa nedalo v niektorých častiach hotela. personál v reštaurácii pokiaľ nedostal s prepitné tak si vás ani nevšímal. Na to že je to 5* hotel prístup personálu by mal byť trochu iný. Čo sa týka upratovacej služby izieb bola celkom slušná.

Different pool areas, lazy river, perfect for kids to have good time. The food was good, with a lot of variety and every day they had amazing desserts. There were always pool beds available. Mihail from Bulgaria was so helpful and kind. Private beach and easy access to public beach.

Having to pay 6€ for a 750ml water on every meal, even though we paid for full board is ridiculous!! We ended up paying 100€ just for the water with meals. How can a beach resort not provide free water with meals and trying to make money out of us from water. Housekeeping completely disregards the “Do not disturb light”, we kept it on every day and every morning they still storm inside bedroom waking up our baby on the morning nap.

the location perfect ,the stuff nice . we reserved including HB , it was disoppinted that we have to pay for drinks as extra even water , plus the food 2 stars level hotel not good in genearal . It wasnot clean espically around the bed side. there is many things was almost broken in bathroom . we are 4 pax and they provide 2 small twoels it was by mistake but still they are 5 stars hotel should be inspected all room befor check in time .

Hotel Stay: A Rollercoaster of Ritz and Rubbish Ah, the dizzying highs and perplexing lows of my hotel adventure! Let’s embark on this thrill ride: Arrival: Greeted by the ever-so-chilled porter (perhaps too chilled for his own good), who seemed more interested in continuing his siesta than acknowledging our check-in. "Find a parking," he decreed. A quest ensued. Spoiler: No parking to be found. Check-In: Lo and behold, the clouds parted! Upgraded to a queen suite, we were. With two spacious rooms, a pair of generously-sized bathrooms, and a balcony - it was like winning the hospitality lottery. Perfect for our young prince to have his own royal chamber. Location: Somewhere between ‘Where are we?’ and ‘Why are we here?’ Design: Picture the home of someone who just won the lottery yesterday. Now, drown it in old-fashioned vibes and sprinkle some kitsch. Voilà! Bathrooms: One hinted at eau de ancient dragon. But sparkle and shine? A+ for cleanliness. Facilities: Pool - Olympic sized with a dash of kiddie joy. Beach restaurant - looked like it jumped out of a postcard but was sadly "out of order" due to an event. As for the rest of the dining spots... well, that's a story for another day. Breakfast: An ordeal of cold eggs and watery, syrupy mysteries posing as juices. Craved a cappuccino or frappe? That’d be extra cost and catching the elusive bar person was akin to a wild goose chase. Ambiance? Think military canteen crash-landing in a supposed 5-star hotel. Spa: Delightful, though with an unexpected €25 toll for sauna entry. Curiously, this is where most of the hotel staff seemed to have congregated. Internet: An epic saga featuring a missing tech hero, a phone hotline that’s hotter for its ghosting capabilities (20 calls, zero answers), and a pilgrimage to the reception to resolve the web woes. Check-Out: Paid for extras. Wondered about the mysterious €300 deposit. "We'll return that immediately," they said.

The resort is huge with many pools for kids & adults, also beachfront. The staff are friendly & helpful, the room was really awesome with pool view balcony(room 424), it was very clean as well. The breakfast is pretty good and there is a big variety! Beautiful shows for the kids at night, and also the food and shisha at the restaurants were perfect!

The exchange rate usd-eur was a bit high and there is no exchange office near the hotel

Poop height was convenient for 6 yrs old with a lot of varieties and the beach was perfect

The food wasnt displayed well and it looked messy, also you dont know what ur eating becus they didn’t label the dishes. The rooms that were given to me did not match my reservation

We did not have a room in the deluxe part, so they did not let us as adults go into the adult pool! Because it was just for the deluxe part. Btw the pool was empty and except 2 sunbeds, they were empty as well. At the big pool, kids were jumping from all sides, without any control of their parents. Everyone reserves sunbeds before breakfast, so we weren’t able to get a sunbed after breakfast, while everything at the adult pool was free. It’s ridiculous when you think about, that you pay 300€ a night. Also the beverage prices are ridiculous for Cyprus.
