スタッフの対応が良かった。清潔感のある部屋でした。

隣の部屋がうるさかった。混んでいない日だったと思うので離して欲しかった。

エレベーターと廊下の匂い(タバコorカビ?)が気になりました

部屋は広くはないけど妙に落ち着きました。 落ち着き過ぎてすぐに眠っちゃいました。

贅沢を言わせて貰えばNetflixとかテレビで見れたら最高だったなぁと思います。

仕事でビジネスホテルを利用しますがここは清潔感があります。

個人的意見ですが、ビジネスでよく利用します。 ここは奥多摩、青梅、秩父とアクセスがいい場所、本来はビジネスでなくレジャーで泊まりたいです(個人的意見のデメリットです)。

部屋が少し汚い？古い？ そして狭い

The carpet looked clean and the bed was clean and comfortable enough. The bathroom was very clean and spacious. There was no hot water pot in the room but there was a coffee and tea service in the lobby. The room we booked was smoking, even though we don't smoke, since it was all that was available, but this was endurable, since the window was thankfully able to open wide to allow fresh air into the room and remove the strong cigarette odor. The large window also provided a pleasant view of the quiet street and cityscape below, as well as plenty of natural light.

The walls of the room were badly scuffed, marked and stained, and worst of all, there was a strange and extremely unsightly shelf space beneath the counter top (I've included a photo) that was scuffed, covered in duct tape, and had a tangle of wires protruding out of a hole in the wall below it. This bizarre furnishing made the otherwise pleasant and comfortable room feel much more shabby and unsettling.
