Sehr gut ausgestattes Ferienhaus. Viele verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeit, mit Sonne oder Schatten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nahe.

The location is great. A 3 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the shopping centre. Easy parking on drive way for hire car. Nice and quiet. Lots of garden space and different outside seating areas. Very well equipped house with everything you need. Washer and dryer a great extra. Air con very efficient. 2 bathrooms very helpful. We would definitely return.

No real complaints. If we would change anything it would be a new mattress on the double. Although it is very comfortable, it does dip a bit.

The house is located close to the beach, has a really spacious backyard, and most importantly has all you need for a family with kids. Washing machine, very well equipped kitchen, where you can cook anything and even some toys for the kids.

For a normal size car the parking in the backyard is too small. There is however always a spot available on the street next to the house.

Brilliant accommodation, very close to a number of beaches and restaurants. Had everything we needed - and more! Kitchen was particularly well appointed even though we hardly used it! Lots of lovely large soft towels and comfy beds The outside area was super and we used it every day, nice to have different seating areas to follow the sun or shade.

Water pressure was a bit low so the showers were a bit weak, and it took a while for the water to get hot.

The lush garden is fabolous, they come and water it several times a week. A well planed house with everything you need (and we did quite some cooking and bbq). Close to the beach.

Quite hard beds. It's a loss that all original features have been removed from this otherwise amazing house (and replaced with already dated cheaper ones).

Lovely villa in San Augustin. Close to the beach. All facilities/furniture were high quality. Lots of space around villa for lounging and extremely comfortable out door furniture. TV, satellite etc all available. 2 decent bathrooms and always lots of hot water. On a very gentle slope, approx five minute stroll to the beach with good access. 5 minutes uphill (v gentle walk through landscaped area to the shopping centre which had some fantastic restaurants (Mediterano was superb at just €13 for a buffet starter and fabulous main course. AND they threw in a complimentary Irish Coffee. Also tried the Indian and two italian places. Also have to mention the Rose (Scandanavian bar),where we had several really enjoyable evenings.

Couldn't fault the location or villa.
