Pool was very nice, kind staff, and great breakfast
Rooms could have been cleaner, the AC was not up to standards, and the rooms were very damp/ full of bugs

Property is located close to the town, it has a large parking area, it has a dinner options, it serves outstanding breakfast, it has a pool and a garden where you can see trees that most of the time you would see through your car window and the staff was very welcoming.
I cannot think of any complain - we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely breakfast. Fresh eggs and bacon made to our taste every morning and we could sit outside to eat it. Friendly staff. Very quiet and had comfy beds so we slept very well. Nice surroundings and cool building. Close to a town with restaurants. They have nice wines and offer food in the evening which we took advantage of on busy days when we didn't want to drive to somewhere to eat.
Took ages to find someone when we needed them. We wanted food in the evening and went to sit in the restaurant area. There was noone around. We sat for 20 minutes before someone came out of the kitchen. No information about the restaurant or how it worked was given to us when we checked in so weren't even sure if we were doing the right thing.

Beautiful house very well renovated, spacious romantic bedrooms and large swimming pool.
Staff was super friendly, helpful and always smiling. Delicious breakfast.
If you are looking to escape a big city and have a total change scenery, go there !
This is not about the hotel as not much can be done but don't forget to bring your mosquito spray repellent ;-)
Ps: mosquito nets are provided on the bed

Very nice place, beautiful main house and surroundings. Decor and architecture 5*. Very nice swimming pool area. One of the best breakfasts ever.
Hand shower wasn’t in a very good shape, in need of maintenance. Could have curtains in the room..

stay was so calm and staff was so friendly. they gave us towels to enjoy the beach. you can even order snacks and have dinner in this wonderful old house.

The breakfast is good and the pool very confortable.
The staff may be more helpful. I had to negotiate hard to get a second towel for the pool because the rule says "1 towel per person"...

A beautiful calm and comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff who really made you feel welcome. Lovely pool. Lots of attention to detail in the surroundings. Great breakfasts.

the room was lovely and spacious with a nice Terrasse ! the pool was nice and big and sun beds very comfy. the personnel was very nice, welcoming and helpful. they organised bikes and taxi etc. I really can recommend to stay there.

Could not find the place, GPS could not find it either , sign on one side of the property only, missed it every time we drove past it , took 2 hours to find it

It’s a quiet, quaint, and cute spot overall. There aren’t a lot of bells and whistles but honestly it’s relaxing and simple. The pool area is lovely and we spent some time walking around and checking out the tomatoes. The staff was also great and helped us practice our Spanish but spoke excellent English!
It definitely is rural and/or more rural and you most definitely need a car to access it. Additionally, the water isn’t potable so you constantly have to buy your water and they provide two free small water bottles and after that you have to pay (and in your room it’s 3 euros per bottle).

There is so much to love- the beautiful gardens- the space you get- the staff- The Breakfast is the best I’ve had at a hotel. All fresh, and locally sourced.

It’s a gorgeous place, charming farm-stay with beautiful scenery and the sweetest staff. Maria Antonia even went to get paracetamol at the pharmacy when my daughter got sick. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay, we love it so much.

Beautifully restored & decorated traditional Mallorcan finca. The room was very spacious, comfortable & well equipped. The owners were very helpful & the wide ranging breakfast was delicious.
Catering is limited, be prepared to take a short drive into Portocolom for meals other than breakfast.

Such a beautiful place! The courtyard especially exceeded my expectations. I also loved our room, but I think we got one of the brightest ones, and I could even watch a beautiful sunrise from our windows, so might have just been lucky (room #10). Breakfast was lovely, and the staff was extremely welcoming and kind. 11/10!

Beautiful property very well looked after! The garden surrounding the house is gorgeous with it olive and fig trees and cactus. So much attention to details! it’s an immersion into rural Mallorca with its traditional feel but with all the comfort and style of a boutique hotel… the staff is great too!!
The breakfast was a little disappointing and I think it’s a slightly over priced for what it is.
