A 10 minutos de aeropuerto, tiene piscina chica pero está perfecta para descansar, desayuno rico, AC en la habitación, ascensor.
El Internet tuvo falla, se pudo ver nada en cable (por siaca no fui a ver televisión, pero cuando quise ver una película no se pudo)

Todo genial en relación a lo que incluye: el AC, piscina, desayuno, etc.
El estado de las toallas de baja calidad, que el restaurante de desayuno, almuerzo en menu de costo separado pero sin cena alguna. Se podría mejorar bastante la calidad de las toallas que andan súper maltratadas, renovando así como quiza colocando smart tvs en vez de las antiguas. El personal es bastante atento, pero depende de qué areas sean.

Buena atención desde el recojo en el aeropuerto el día de la llegada y también te trasladan al aeropuerto para tu retorno. Sin cobro adicional. Tienes una piscina y restaurante para el desayuno y almuerzo

I had stayed at a hotel chain in my previous trip were I paid 3 times more than here, but I was the same value if I just compare their room size with the other. We booked their executive suite and the bed was really comfy and also the room was very spacious. The breakfast was basic, nothing to be excited about but for the price I paid - it was not a big deal. The customer service was alright. We asked to borrowed a kettle and they didn’t have it - we were told their restaurant hours were closed… it was shocking to hear that they couldn’t provide us with hot water - so we could make an instant medicine for the flu… The only reason I am mentioning this is for the hotel to have some awareness and get a kettle available in some cases when people get sick and need to get some medicine… Aside from that we were very happy with our decision to stay there and we would highly recommend it to other travelers who are looking for comfort but without spending a lot.

La atención de don Humberto, el señor que te recoge del aeropuerto y luego te regresa, muy buena gente con hermoso carácter que te da opciones para conocer más lugares de Pucallpa
En realidad es costo 💲 de la habitación es acorde a lo que te brindan, no podría pedir mucho más.
Bueno, en cuanto a la recepcionista del turno tarde, es un poquito seca no es muy atenta. Por todo lo demás bien.

Leider konstant WiFi Unterbrechungen und das Fenster ließ sich nicht vollständig schließen zudem kein Safe im Zimmer vorhanden :(

The pool was great, room was clean, AC was cool, wifi worked good enough to stream UFC fights.

I liked that there was AC, and that it was cold. The bed was comfortable. I liked there was an elevator which made it easier with heavy backpack. The breakfast was decent as well. Having transfer to airport included in price was helpful as well.
The amenities were not correct. No laundry service available, or hairdryers. AC and laundry were two of reasons I came to that hotel.

I lived on the first floor, due to that I experienced a lot of noise because the room wasn’t well isolated.

They provide an airport transfer but they not actively reached out to coordinate it. They did not provide transport to the bus terminal.

We were taking a boat from the port early in the morning so this hotel had a great location and a storage area where we could put our supplies for the trip
The cost using this site does not include breakfast and after paying for breakfast we paid a lot more than if we had paid with the hotel direct. The air conditioning would not go below 25’c so it was very hot in the room to sleep.

Highly recommend hotel, very helpful staff, very flexible with check in and check out. they come to pick you up at the airport for free.5 minutes walk from the fluvial port. Nice room, also a swimming pool. We've been really happy about our stay here

Comfortable, clean and well appointed rooms with good bathrooms and beds. Decent internet. Basic breakfast and dining facilities. Close to excellent restaurants and cafes. Central to everything in a quiet part of the downtown area.

The staff is super kind, the hotel is well keeped and clean! There is a nice swimming pool but, unfortunately, we didn't have time to try it. We definitely reccomend this Hotel if you come to Pucallpa.
Ps: they pick you up at the airport, with the mini van, for free!!!

shower didn t work properly in the first room they gave us but quickly they fixed it by changing it - bit noisy with straight dogs around but that s everywhere - used earplugs and no pb

they never gave me my breakfast, the noise from the room next to me made it to were i could not sleep. i was disappointed in my stay. way to loud all night long. no a place for relaxing
