NO HUBO SECADORA DE PELO Y EN UN HOTEL 5 ESTRELLAS ESO NO ES POSIBLE - EQUIPO DE AIRE ACONDICIONADO HACIA RUIDO - NOS QUERIAN COBRAR CONSUMOS NO REALIZADOS

Realmente la atención del personal (muy cálidos, atentos, serviciales), hizo de nuestra estancia muy placentera y segura.

Unos huéspedes nos alertaron sobre un insecto dentro de la piscina, tratamos de ubicar personal en la zona pero no hubo. No nos hicimos problema por ello pero algunos huéspeded pueden o no incomodarse. Fuera de ello, todo genial.

FTodo estuvo excelente, muy recomendable y es segunda vez que vengo con mi esposo. Quedamos encantados.

Que no había muchas sombrillas en la piscina. Un día faltaban toallas en la Piscina.

It has a good restaurant and comfortable facilities. Adequate breakfast and in general the hotel staff is friendly. Tiene un buen restaurante e instalaciones cómodas. Adecuado desayuno y en general el personal del hotel es amable.

The air conditioning unit in my room made a lot of noise, it did not allow me to sleep well, a 5-star hotel cannot neglect these types of details. The television in the room was very small. El equipo de aire acondicionado de mi habitación hacía mucho ruido, no dejaba dormir bien, un hotel 5 estrellas no puede descuidar este tipo de detalles. La televisión de la habitación era muy pequeña.

Estaba todo muy limpio, menos la ventilación del baño, el personal super amable y el desayuno muy rico y variado. A comparación de todos los hoteles en Pucallpa, el costa sin duda es el mejor.

Cambiar la ducha por uno más nuevo y acorde a la habitación. Nos querían cobrar un agua que no consumimos, espero no repercuta en la tarjeta que usamos de garantía en la reserva ya que el pago fue por transferencia. Nunca pudimos usar la piscina o gimnasio porque el horario no esta acorde a las actividades turisticas :/

i dont like breakfast is too Poor without fruit and more details for example regional foods. They are in the middle of the jungle and show us a breakfasts without fruits is unbelievable.

The hot water wasn’t very hot, more like Luke warm.

After a trip to the Amazon we arrived before check in time. The kind stuff made it possible that we could get into our rooms earlier and made our stay as pleasant as possible. It was my third stay overall and I will definitely come back!

No airport pickup, elevator in bad condition

It is very handy hotel for work because of the restaurant, bar and gym after a long work day. Staff very friendly.

it is an old fashion place. It needs maintenance. Paints on the walls outside are falling down. The head of my shower was broken (they had to come and change it) Blankets are cheap and rooms are basic. There was nothing in the fridge inside the room. Also there was not a hair dryer, I had to ask for one. Nothing really as a 5 stars hotel. This can be something like a 3 star hotel.

Staff was rude. I returned to hotel at Friday's midnight and the door was closed. The guardian opened the door very rude. The room was poorly cleaned. Curtains were old and they were broken. After I realized it has 5 stars, I missed the room didn't have a coffee maker, fridge, or iron. Breakfast "buffet" didn't have variety. Air conditioning was so loud it didn't allow me to sleep. Very bad experience for a "5 stars" hotel.

Elevator was faulty, and the fact that I am recurrent guest means nothing to the property, they did not record the airport pick up. The shuttle bus did not have air conditioning and was doing more less 30 degrees C. We decide to watch the soccer game from the bar, no complementary snacks were offered, the first night we were chatting for like 4 rounds of pisco drinks a party of 4 people (no happy hour) and no complementary snacks were offered evend dough we asked, like potatoe chips or peanuts would sufficed. Schedule of the swimming pool not friendly, it should be checked to be convenient for the guests.
