Nice apartmants, very good location. The host was very responsive and helpful. The nearlest backery was just amazing like many more things in Budva. Nice underground parking.

Will be better if have some additional blankets and pillows in the room.

Nice, clean, welcoming appartment in Budva. Good that is has a washing machine.

Kitchen ustensiles should clearly be replaced.

It was a cozy place

The bed was a sofa opened in two sides so it wasnt an actual bed . The bathroom didn’t have anything extra like a little shampoo or something . We had just one towel for each person we should’ve had two towels for a “LUX” resort . The view was terrible we just saw a houses wall . They call themselves lux apartments but they are not . I dont recommend this place . VERY DISSAPOINTED

It is in the quiet part of the city with apartment on the 3rd floor and super cool view on the city and the sea. The girl from the reception was very helpful and what was a little surprise the rooms were cleaned at least once in two days.

Very clean and comfortable space, staff is very polite as well.

The apartment was very nice, bright and spacious. There was everything you need, also wasching machine and a hair dryer. Maybe there are not too many kitchen utensils, but at least you have a good reason to wash the dishes after every use :) the owner is very kind and helpful. After our request she even organised a high chair for our 1 y.o. boy. The parking is not as bad as other guests rated :) it is tiny and you must be very careful, but we used the car few times a day and after 2 weeks we managed to give it back to rental company without a scratch :) The breakfasts are in montenegrin style which means very few vegetables and no coffe included in the price, but we ate breakfasts also in other places in Montenegro, and they looked exactly the same. So we just have to accept that :) to sum up: we recommend to everyone!

Location a bit out of the noisy spots, view from the balcony, washing machine. Breakfast included was nice. Free from cigarette smoke odor what I found is not the rule in Montenegro.

A bit small clothes dryer, that was not enough for 4 persons to dry towels and suits after coming back from the beach.

Large and clean.

The hot water didn't work, the kettle didn't work. The air con doesn't reach the bedroom and it was impossible to sleep in there due to the heat. No fan was provided. The view that was advertised is for top floor only, as we were on the lower floor we had a view of another apartment block. The breakfast was cold and greasy, no fresh food in sight. The carpark was tight and almost impossible to access.

Apartman za preporuku ako zelite da se zaista odmorite. Dorucak je sasvim dobar. Sve pohvale za osoblje, bili su veoma ljubazni i spremni da nam pomognu za sve.

Parking

Accommodation is cheap, spacious and situated in a quiet neighborhood. Host is very friendly.

Breakfast was not on-premises (in a nearby restaurant about 250m away) and the view from our terrace to the sea and city was blocked by another building. We had to take out our trash before leaving. We wouldn't mind doing the dishes if only we had been provided with a dish sponge instead of having to use bare hands. Check-out time is pretty early (10:00am) but our host was kind enough to let us leave an hour later.

It was great that they had an elevator, it was pretty clean and the wiev from the apartment on the top was great.

First of all on arrival there was catastrophic driveway to the apartmants. In winter of there is any ice you could easily damage your car. Other thing no one welcomed us when we arrived and we barely understood with host because he didn't spoke English nor local language. On TV there weren't any programs with intelligible translation. And after showering water was leaking from the shower cubicle on the floor.

Apartment and room was cold, and air conditioning couldn't heat it enough. Althought the apartment was comfy and clean, and it's not far away from city center.
