Great location, clean and as advertised! We will stay here again in the future as Mount Pleasant SC is a family favorite.

House was comfortable. Had everything we needed for our stay. Pet friendly with fenced in backyard. Private pool was nice but the weather didn't allow us to fully enjoy it. Close to all the great restaurants! Will definitely come back!! IOP is a great beach island!!

This was the perfect house for our family of five and our three doggies! Everything was in immaculate condition when we arrived and was well stocked. The house was close enough to the beach to walk and right across from the park. With the fenced back yard we were able to let our dogs run and play. The owners were amazing and we will definitely be renting from them again.

Enjoyed the pool, the beach, and all the thoughtful comforts that the owner provided to make our stay enjoyable. Ignore old reviews about checkout process. Owner has changed expectations to standard norms.

We loved the set-up. The home was equipped with everything we needed & more. We especially loved the outdoor area & gas grill. Anything we needed from a lighter for the grill to scissors and coffee filters...everything was easily accessible and made our stay feel like home.

This is a lovely very spacious home. You couldn't beat the pool after a long hot day at the beach, so refreshing. It has everything we needed and more. We did rent a golf cart for trips to the beach (with elderly parents) and just to zip around the island. The neighborhood is great and we would definitely stay here again.

We had the best time in IOP and this house and the accommodations were wonderful. Ryan and Sonya are gracious hosts and were prompt to answer any questions we had. Loved the short walk to the beach AND having a private pool. This was our third time staying at this location. It won’t be our last…..thank you Ryan and Sonya!

Nice back yard with pool! 3 blocks from the beach nice walk for the dogs!

This house ticked a lot of boxes for us. Spacious, clean, bright, comfortable with a secure fenced in back yard for our pup! The house is set on a quiet street across from the town rec center....basketball, baseball and pickle ball courts. A lot of wide open space. Its an easy 8 minute walk to the white sand beach and far away from the crowded downtown beach. (side note* Day Drinkers beware...we witnessed the Beach Police on ATVs ticketing beach goers with alcohol) The house is well stocked with plenty of linens, pillows, towels, dishes etc. The kitchen is very workable, the fridge is on the small side but clean. No ice maker or ice cube trays. The coffee maker is a Keurig that will work with K cups or ground coffee and plenty of filters on hand. A big dining room table seats 8 as well as a big table out on the patio that also seats 8. There are 2 nice sitting areas with large TVs, both very comfortable spaces. Our biggest complaint was the extremely uncomfortable and very noisy bed in the ensuite bedroom. Fortunately, we were just a party of 2 and could move into the second bedroom with a better bed. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the showers that were nice and clean. BYO... Dish towels (there was nothing to dry dishes with beyond paper towels) Kleenex and bar soap (there is plenty of hand soap) And pick up a bag of ice for drinks Overall a great VRBO experience!

Everything was just as just as it was described. We were a quick walk to the beach which was open from 7 AM to 9 AM for the dogs to run freely the beach there was clean and beautiful. The park across from the house had just been finished the basketball courts pickle ball, playground and baseball fields were all very nice. There is a dog yard behind the playground, which was great for the dogs everything was within a minute walk. The house was newly renovated the appliances were new in the kitchen, and the kitchen had about everything we needed , the showers were clean and very nice for the most part the house was clean and very comfortable. The only improvement should be the beds they were comfortable just noisy if you turned from one side to another. We would stay again!

Amazing home with private, fenced backyard and pool. Easy bike ride, walk or golf cart ride to the beach (we did all three). Home was fully stocked with great kitchen cooking utensils and appliances, games and outdoor entertainment. Multiple TVs and beds were comfy. Ryan was a wonderful host. Perfect for family and friends. Great location across from rec center. 5-star in all categories. We'll be back!

Last minute business trip with the family. Everything we needed was ready to go.

It was just my husband and me, but this property had tons of room for lots of people to spread out!

We all enjoyed this great house! It was wonderful inside just as it portrayed and the backyard w/ pool was so nice!! With having children w/ us we loved the basketball courts and playground across the street!! And the beach is a short walk away! This house had everything we needed and our two furbabies came with us and also enjoyed the great backyard! Thanks to the owners for everything! We even forgot a few things when we left and they were so nice to mail it to us! We would love to use this properity again in the future!!

Always love visiting Isle of Palms. This is the second time we’ve stayed at Sonya and Ryan’s house. Great remodel and accommodations. Gracious hosts…..will be back, hopefully soon!

This property suited our every needs. The backyard had plenty of grass around the pool area which made our dog comfortable in an unfamiliar place. The pool was amazing to come off the beach to enjoy. Will definitely be staying here again.

The home has a great location walkable to the beach and across the street from a park/playground. We brought our dog and loved the backyard pool setup.

Have stayed many times in Charleston area but this is first time on IOP. It may now be our favorite SC destination! House was perfect for our needs—idyllic, private backyard, dog-friendly, perfect location.

We stayed here in June of 2022 and couldn't have imagined anything better for our family and friends. Isle of Palms itself is a beautiful and safe beach town and the house is only a few minute walk to the beach. We did rent a golf cart during our stay as we had 3 young toddlers between the 2 families staying at this beautiful home. The kids and adults alike loved spending many hours by the pool, and we had a couple of nights using the fireplace which was beautiful. The house was very clean and cozy, with a very well stocked kitchen which was amazing as we cooked almost all of our meals at home. Ryan was very friendly and helped us quickly with a couple of small issues. We can't wait to stay here again next year!

Home was well maintained and clean. Really enjoyed the pool. Only thing we didn’t like was being asked to clean all towels prior to our departure - felt that should be included with the cost of the stay.
