Antonio was very friendly and the place is clean, nice and perfectly located. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful hosts, great breakfast and perfect location to beach and town. We were even lucky enough to get a ride to the train station when it was raining. Highly recommend and great value for money

Breakfast was great - they provided for all types of tourists and differing eating habits. Location was excellent, walking distance to everything. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier or mor helpful. Lovely outside area to sit and relax. Really enjoyed our stay.

To be picky: the shower base had mould all around and the room was on the small side.

The manager and staff were very friendly and professional. They reserved a parking space for me right outside the hotel . Breakfast was freshly cooked and of a good standard .it was very clean . We had a great stay . Thankyou

Emmanuelle and Antonio are very nice and we felt very welcomed. We had the need to make the check-in earlier and for them was not a problem. Very good breakfast and very thoughtful to have italian style (sweets and coffee ) and also salty option as scrambled eggs, tomatoes, cheese, etc. we could also leave our luggage with them after the check-out and enjoy the city. we plan to come back.

Italian type of breakfast with all kinds of sweet bakery products but one can order for free extra chese/ham/tomato plates or eggs. Very nice and helpful people, especially Antonio's sister 😊. They offer restaurants and beach facilities where being their guests you get 10% discount, they arrange for taxi transfer to Lamezia airport at a reasonable price. A/C works very well.

Antonio and his sister were excellent hosts. They helped to arrange transportation to and from the airport, making our travel days that much easier. When my friend lost her luggage, Antonio's sister went above and beyond to help with making calls and translating. Aside from their helpfulness, the B&B was a lovely stay - decent size for the two of us, very clean, and comfortable. It was very conveniently located to the town center and the beach. We would 100% stay here again.

The breakfast was fantastic, and the service was perfect. The workers there really went above and beyond when it came to accommodating us.

Walls a bit thin

Beautiful place, very well cared, comfy and quite conveniently located. The host is very attentive, he helped us with the parking and also on our diet needs for breakfast as my husband is gluten intolerant.

Rezidenza Magnolia B&B is an excellent choice! The owners are very dedicated to providing guests with a the best experience. Rooms are bright and charming, and kept spotlessly clean. The location is perfect on the closest street running parallel to the sea below. Also it’s just minutes walking distance away from Tropea Center — where great restaurants are found in the narrow alleyways. And the daily breakfast buffet (included) at Residenza Magnolia is great.

Superb. Couldn’t be any better!

Had an amazing stay at residenza magnolia . They helped me out with everything I needed, perfect! The breakfast was always delicious and more than enough!! Enjoyed it a lot.

The staff was great, helpful and friendly. The location was super, not exactly in the old city but just a few minutes outside with good restaurants (like The Pergola) nearby. Free parking outside. As we checked out early in the morning, the staff prepared a breakfast to bring with us, super nice. Proper following of Corona protocols.

We liked everything

Perfect place to visit Tropea. Antonio and his sister did everything to make us feel comfortable. Comfy bed, small balcony, minibar. Breakfast by choice, even with eggs upon request. Just few steps away from the beach and city center. Parking directly in front of the house. Highly recommended! We‘ll come back : )

Few minutes walk from the old part of town, ultra clean and well decorated room. Free parking in front of the building. Good breakfast!! Very welcoming and helpfull host!
