Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to find a place for a large group to stay on Lake Wylie very last minute. Not only were the Robinson’s accommodating, but their home was even better than the place I had previously booked. 10/10 would recommend, the home has beautiful views, is in a great location, and comes with plenty of space for the whole group to enjoy a tranquil vacation.

Spent last 7 days in Heaven on Earth. If you like the water and all it brings this is the vacation location for you. House is well stocked with everything you need. Dock on quiet cove off of Lake Wylie for all you motorized activities. Also equipped with kayaks for renters. Water was 88 degrees. Made so many great memories.

The home was perfect for our stay in great condition. This home was in a good location with excellent access to Lake Wylie. Very quiet location close to restaurants and shopping. The home was just as described and the hosts were excellent to deal with throughout this process.

The Cozy Cove at Lake Wiley was the perfect little place to stay and in the middle of all the family and friends we wanted to see in Charlotte, Rock Hill, and Gastonia. The house itself was so nice and clean, it had almost everything you could think of. The beds were very comfortable. We took the kayaks one morning for a quick little trip and had a lot of fun. We would definitely love to stay here again!

The Lake Wylie house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. It has everything that is needed. Grandkids and family loved the fishing and kayaks. Beds very comfortable! Kitchen perfect for cooking .

Loved the kayaks and the dock....convenient to Carowinds, grocery and fun restaurants. So nice that the deck overlooking the lake had a gate so my 2 year old granddaughter could roam freely! And a bonus... beautiful flowers and beautiful weather all week! Thank you!

The Lake House was everything we'd hoped for. Very beautiful location and accommodations. Taught grandsons to fish and cast. They caught a couple real nice bass, whichade the experience even better! Cooked good food and ate and drank on the beautiful deck. Had a wonderful time!

The home is charming and quaint. It's settled into a wooded area on the lake. We enjoyed our walks each morning around the beautiful neighborhood. We also enjoyed how spacious the home is and the well equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a traditional coffee pot (no Keurig) which I always like to know so I can plan accordingly. There was coffee available for our use in the freezer. We made use of the washer/dryer and appreciated that convenience. There is one tv in the home which is downstairs. My only suggestion is to invest in a smart tv as we weren't able to catch all of the football games for Thanksgiving. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again!

This was our second consecutive year getting to Lake Wylie as a family, and we had a plan that we wanted to stay at the Cozy Cove for the second year. We rented a boat for the weekend, which makes it easy with our own dock. We fished off the dock, kayaked and ate dinner right off the lake. Always a pleasure getting the family together for a lake weekend.

This beautiful house was perfect for my family and my parents. There were four adults and four older kids, and the kids were able to sleep in the four beds downstairs and hangout. The kitchen was well stocked with items for cooking with and the beds were comfortable. We loved all the different areas to hang out with all the deck spaces too. Many hours were spent on the kayaks and swimming. The boat landing isn’t far to put in your boat and there is nice places to eat close as well. Overall, we loved our trip and the stay at the Cozy Cove.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Cove Lake House while in Charlotte for our daughter's wedding. The location was excellent. Quiet area, lovely home and our host was so kind and quick to respond to any questions we had prior and during our trip. The house had everything we needed for our stay . Grocery stores and other places were close by. We highly recommend staying at the Cozy Cove Lake House. Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

Just what we all need! This cozy hideaway is amazing. The view from the porch is just perfect. This home is close to groceries, restaurants, and great walking trails. You can paddle to your heart's content, cook a chef-grade meal, and sleep like a baby every night.

Exactly as described. Quiet area and peaceful cove. Having the kayaks was great and they have 2 sit in and 2 sit on. We knew there was no TV, except for local channels in lower level. 2 main level suites were nice. Nothing fancy, but clean, practical and very good value.

The property is gorgeous. Six of us traveled to Charlotte for the golf tournament, and therefore we didn't get to take full advantage of the property. The location was excellent for getting to the course and for nearby restaurants. The house was well stocked with anything we would have wanted.

We have stayed at multiple lakes properties across Ga, SC, and NC over the years. This was great location and property which we would recommend for friends or family. The owner, Bob, was a pleasure to work with during our trip and he even worked with us a late check out. The property has quick access to the real world is at your finger tips. However being able to slip into the lake life is where this place shines. Nice grade to the lake, nice fishing, good amenities including kayaks, and plenty to do on the property. Only feedback is no cable but that isn't why you go to the lake to begin with. Thanks Bob for working with us and we will definitely come back

I never thought that a place like this existed within 30 minutes of my house in Southpark. The home is welcoming, clean, and perfect for a family looking to connect, cook, relax, and enjoy the lake. The dock and all amenities the house offers are perfect along with the hosts. Excellent communication along with the perfect home. I am trying to think of anything that I could complain about but I cant. Wifi works well in all areas of the home and honestly we only needed it at night. We were outside on the dock, swimming, or on a boat we rented for the rest of the time. This was a great weekend had by all of my family. My thanks to the hosts!

Lake Weekend with the family
We picked this house because it was located directly on Lake Wylie, and tucked back in a quite cove that was ideal for our family. We’re a small family with a couple young kids, and we rented a boat for the weekend and had a blast with the house. Close to rental locations, grocery stores and restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here and plan to rent again in the future.

Great spot on the lake
This house was in a great secluded location on a branch of Lake Wylie. Had a great time with friends and honestly one of the biggest perks was how much the host has kept the house stocked with the little things that are easy to forget (paper towels, linens, shampoo/conditioner, coffee filters etc). There's plenty of space with six total beds PLUS two pullouts...more than anyone will probably ever need! There's only one TV in the house but hey...get out and enjoy the lake instead of watching the game!

Enjoyed a week of luxury at this prime location on Lake Wylie. Home has everything you need to enjoy; grill, fire pit, kayaks, life vests, dock for water access and boats, and house is equipped with everything one would need minus you, your friends and family for making cherished memories. Close to several shopping areas. Home has all the comforts of home plus is seated on beautiful lakefront property. Everything about the Cozy Cottage house was top-notch! the house is beautifully situated overlooking the lake, and we found it spotless and well appointed with everything we could desire.. The grounds and dock area are spacious and immaculate, and though located in a well populated suburb, the locale at the end of a dead-end road is very quite and secluded. The Robinson family was great to deal with and I will not hesitate to rent this house on my next visit or to recommend it to anyone looking for a great lake getaway!

Beautiful location, well stocked home
The house was a wonderful, very quiet lake home. We went kayaking on the lake, sat out on the deck (although it was chilly), it was very relaxing. Very close to downtown Charlotte to go out to dinner, 15 minutes to Carowinds. Bob was very helpful and proactive when we had an issue. I would definitely recommend this home!!

We were a group of three fathers who got away for Super Bowl weekend just to watch the game, eat some food, and relax and this house did not disappoint! It was right on the water, very clean and very comfortable. We had an excellent time and would recommend it and would gladly go back again!

Weekend to visit family
The property is so very aptly named: Cozy Cove. It is very comfortably situated in a quiet cove on Lake Wylie. The house is large and spacious, and yet has a warm homey feel to it. It was immaculately clean and very well appointed, with all the modern appliances one would need. Coffee on the dock our first morning there set the tone for the visit. While our time did not permit use of the kayaks, we appreciated having that as an option. Communication with the owner prior to arrival added to making our stay idyllic. We recommend Cozy Cove enthusiastically.
