This lake house provided the perfect peaceful getaway for me and my husband. The views were spectacular, the house was clean and fragrant, and the location was very convenient. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely return!

Three generations of our family found plenty to love about this beautifully appointed home perched on the shore of Lake Wylie. The configuration of the space, with an autonomous lower level one bedroom apartment, was perfect for us. Lots of indoor and outdoor options for gathering, wonderful views, plenty of water activities, and easy access to Charlotte make this the ideal vacation property.

Excellent views of the lake from several rooms of a beautifully decorated, clean comfortable home. Outdoors - quite and felt private…has plenty of seating and wonderful dock area for fishing. For us It was a great romantic getaway, calm and tranquil. Host was super responsive and welcoming. Would definitely return.

Once a year we visit our family here in NC. This year we decide to rent this property on the lake for the holidays. Thank you so much for creating such a beautiful environment for our family holiday celebrations!! We especially appreciated the festive Christmas decorations and tree. The multiple living areas were perfect for our large family to visit, and the two kitchens made it easy to prepare our early Christmas dinner! The relaxing fire pit and beautiful views of the lake and sunsets were the icing on the top. Thank you, Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas!

My best friends and I try to get together annually, but sometimes life has other plans so its been a while. This year for our friend-cation we decided on a relaxing lakeside retreat and this property did not disappoint. Our friend flew into Charlotte Airport and it was an easy trip to pick her up from the property. We had lots of fun things to do within a short drive. The house was amazing and the outside accommodations with lakeside views were spectacular! This was one of my favorite rentals!!!

We had a wonderful stay for a family vacation. The property and house were all fantastic and over met our expectations. The location was close to lots of things which made it easy to get to groceries, restaurants, and entertainment all within 25 minutes of the house. But while we were at the property we felt like we had checked out from the hustle and bustle. The entire experience was wonderful and I would definitely stay again.

Each stay has been extended which speaks to our admiration for this place! We enjoy the great views, location and cozy feel of this home. Looking forward to visiting the area again!

House is beautiful, clean, has everything you need for a fun time at the lake. Lots of places to sit outside and enjoy the view of the lake and woods. We enjoyed the kayaks, paddle board, fire pit. Quiet atmosphere. Fun swimming at the sand bar a short distance away by boat. Highly recommend.

If you're looking for an oasis of relaxation and convenience this is the place to go. Beautiful views, plenty to do at the house. We kayaked, swam, fished and had fires outside. I would sit on the dock early in the morning with a cup of coffee and look out at the water. It was a wonderful place for my family and I. It was spacious, clean and everything I hoped for.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Luray lake house on Lake Wylie! We stayed for almost a week, while we looked for our own lake home to purchase. None of the homes we toured compared to this house...the lake views were amazing, whether sunrise or sunset...as we spent time getting to know the area and house hunting, the utmost importance to everyone, even the teenagers, was to get back to the house for sunset! The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated, absolutely everything every detail was provided and best of all, it felt like home...even my son, who is often not thrilled about being away from our home, asked a couple of the days while we were out, "When are we going home?" I would say, "Home in California?" he said, "No, the lake home!" It is 100% truth, that the worst thing about the stay was that we had to leave! We all can't wait to return. Thank you for being such gracious hosts!

We stayed over Christmas and had an absolutely wonderful time. The real wood burning fire place we were able to use was such a nice touch. Views weee amazing!

The house is updated, clean and exactly as advertised. The location was great, the beach area perfect for swimming and the contact with the owners was always timely and pleasant. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a Lake Wylie getaway.

We truly enjoyed our time here. The house was perfect. Great decor, very clean and the downstairs separate apartment was perfect for our 16 year old to have his own space. We enjoyed the sunsets and swimming on the dock.

WOW!!! The property is very welcoming, very clean, even the patio, and boat dock. Every room has a view of the lake. The Host provide the house with everything you need to enjoy your stay. If you want to have fun at the lake or just relax and enjoy the peaceful and quite space, then you should book this home and you will be very pleased with everything as Myself and Family did. We enjoyed some quiet family time with our two daughters in Charlotte and son who just graduated from college. As he played basketball for Butler University, this was our first family time other than a day and a half at Christmas break in several years and we could not have picked a better spot in Charlotte. The house offered beautiful views of the lake from all rooms, the covered outside dining area was perfect, and the dock was a wonderful spot for morning coffee. And within a beautiful wooded setting where our daughters enjoyed trail running. Next time we will reserve a boat in advance, we made the mistake of waiting until the last minute, otherwise, everything was perfect.

The location of the house on Lake Wylie was amazing - spectacular views. The house was very clean with modern amenities. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We will be back again. Would highly recommend.

Very beautiful home that is well equipped. The home has so much character and is very comfortable. The view is second to none. The house has endless window views of a very large bend in the lake. The dock is obviously professionally built and is perfect for swimming, sunbathing and docking your boat. The house is secluded but has very good access to all your vacation needs. The owner was quick to respond to all our questions and needs. We highly recommend this for entire family.
