My family loved the kitchen facilities and the proximity to the pool. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The parking facility is secure inside the hotel. My daughter loved the swimming pool and she had a lovely night in Leon.

This was my second stay and will be back every year, beautiful hotel with the highest standards for cleanliness and service. The pool and courtyard is perfect for escaping the midday heat and its location in the center of town is great for exploring a beautiful city. The staff are wonderfull also.

Breakfast was good, fast, and filling. It was very convenient to have a restaurant on site. The room was large, comfortable, clean, and had a safe. The pool was clean and inviting. The staff was attentive, and the receptionist spoke fluent English. Easy walking distance to many sights and restaurants. The view from our second-floor room of San Cristobal Volcano was amazing! We stayed three nights. I wish we had more time!

The container of filtered water in the lobby was not always full when we returned to the hotel in the evening, but they refilled it each morning.

Best hotel in Leon, good value for the money

Me and my family loved it . The kids where having a blast in the nice clean pool and for the younger ones there is a mini pool . In our room there is a kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove top, oven ECT. The bedroom was big with two beds and you can ask for an extra bed to your liking . The bathroom has warm water (and cold) . It's basically like a mini apartment. Outside of your room you have a pathway guiding you to the pool as I had mentioned before . There is a private garage for everyone to park there cars safely. The price is great for being in the main streets of Leon with all the attractions. The food was delicious. It wasn't hard to find through a GPS and the staff / customer service was excellent. When I come back to Leon I plan on staying again .

The location is walking distance to the central. And the room had everything that I needed plus more. I was really happy when I first walked in and saw the room I fell in love especially with that balcony.

This hotel is like an oasis in a hot city. The staff is welcoming and the atmosphere is calm. Lots of green space along the hallways and a nice pool. After sightseeing, it was a pleasure to stretch out in a hammock on a private back patio.
