The flat's location is fantastic, close to the historic center/the waterfront and only 350m to the bus station (Estacion de Guagua). This very confortable and well equiped place is awesome to wake up and be in advance to the daily bus to the Parador del Teide ( linea 342, everyday at 09:30) before a long queue start to form at the bus stop ! Alfonso who manages the place is very nice, reactive and pays great attention to it's guests' comfort.

Only think I disliked : The shower flow is way too slow.

Very cosy, everything you need is there from kitchen utensils to laundry detergents, comfy bed. Very clean. Very friendly owner. Super central location in walking distance to centre

Parking is overall a big problem and can be hit and miss. It would be nice if there could be a parking space for the apartment

Very nice but small apartment. We enjoyed our stay there. The owner Alfonso is very friendly and helpful. You need to be aware the the apartment (the one with the balcony) is quiet small and the kitchen has only two hot plates and is very narrow. For us it was no issue because we stayed only 4 nights and did not cook a lot. The best is the location. Right next to the border to the historical town center but still quiet during the night. No issues with smell from the sewage (we had that in several apartments in Tenerife). Parking options at the street (however sometimes you need to search for a free place). Nice balcony with the view of Teide.

The bed made a slight noise when moving but that shouldn't be an issue except you have a very sensitive sleep. For us it was not an issue.

Exceptional stay in Puerto de la Cruz. Fully equipped apartment (kitchen, washing machine, etc.). Owner was welcoming us with fresh fruits and a bottle of wine :)

Perfect location on a quiet street, but very close to the restaurants and beach. The host is very helpful and helped us to solve our problem very quickly.

The apartment is well located, there is free parking on the street not too far, it has a beautiful view and is luminous. It has everything one needs for a comfortable stay! Very good and stable wifi which made working remotely easy. The host was very attentive and wonderful!

It got a little humid in the apartment but there is a ceiling fan.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the property. Central location, super fast and reliable wifi which was essential for remote working, beautifully decorated, great shower pressure, well equipped kitchen, friendly host... it was perfect for me on my own.
