The location and view of the room was excellent. Our arrival transport was late by 45 mins and the hotel did immediate service recovery before we even reached the hotel. Room was big and comfortable for a family of four.

Wanted to use their bathtub to relax but the water is not hot enough. Water turned cold when the tub is only 1/3 full.

awsome location and love the beach front. stay there for 2 x 5 days plus golf game.

hotel toilet . have difficulties to flash down . staff are friendly and come to rescuse event at 2am. We managed to change to another room on the 2nd leg of 5 night stay.

This Hotel is near the beach — you just have to cross the street for reaching it. Our apartment was very spacious and clean. All the staffs were very professional. The infinity pool is a little bit tiny but it was ok because you have a wonderful view. The rooftop bar is very chilly and there are plenty of good drinks. The Spa was very relaxing and the price was very pleasant in compare to the service you‘ll get.

A washing machine would be great because it’s an apartment (that’s normally a standard) plus there is space for a washing machine. Washing price list is way too expensive in compare to other places. We‘ve got an apartment on the 18th floor and we could hear the music from the rooftop bar very clear — it was a little bit to noisy for our one year old daughter. Two elevators are not enough for a building with 21 floors — you have to wait too long.

Everything was perferct: cleanliness, room size, breakfast, staff.

Pool was a little bit small.

Poor breakfast service. Lack of seat and poor table service. Took the plate away when I am eating halfway.

really really helpful staff, went above and beyond. breakfast was fab, gym was surprisingly well equipped and rooms were so comfortable and clean. The pool on the roof was perfect!

Breakfast is good, the room is clean and well- organized, it has a small corner with bed for kids, my son loved it.

We need to use the card to go by elevator, it's not convenient when only have 1 card 1 room. But the staff gave us 1 more card to use, so that's ok.

Staffs are really friendly.

The facility was expected to be newer with the price.
