Wir waren positiv überrascht.
Es war sehr laut. Insbesondere das Ding-Dong vom Bewegungsmelder des Eingangs hat gestört.
Es würde helfen, wenn dieser Nachts abgeschaltet werden könnte.

It was clean. The bed was comfy. The people were nice.
The room was not sealed well. You could hear everything that was happening outside. As an English speaking guest, the language barrier was a challenge. The breakfast had very basic options. We did not feel comfortable outside of the hotel.

Very recently finished with rooms and (rather soulless) public areas completed to a high standard.
Bathroom looked good - very smart. But hopeless shower, obviously not tested by a real person after installation.
Breakfast comically bad. Poor quality food - barely edible.

We got a room without windows and AC although we reserved room with AC booking

Location was good.
Very noisy hotel and expensive for a night with no sleep. The only rooms with queen beds are at either ends of the hall facing the street and you hear echos in the hall, doors slamming and all of the very loud street noise. Our room (I think it was 120) was very small, the bathroom door was a foot away from one side of the bed. The other side of the bed had no bedside light so you couldn't read at night. I think only one floor was open for guests. Breakfast was served to you, very forlorn looking compared to other places we stayed at in Ecuador. Staff was all business, not very friendly. It's too bad this was such a disappointing experience because Latacunga is a nice town. We moved to another hotel after one night.
