Good location to Fira and close to Metro for mainline into city. Air-conditioned apartment was fully functioning which provided relief from midday heat. Hosts provided regular updates and great communication.

Small bathroom, problems with unlocking the doors.

The apartment is located close (like three streets) to the subway/metro (Torrassa station; cca 40 min from airport), the location is really not that amazing but we felt relatively safe. The smart key was convenient and worked perfectly. Free snacks and drinks in the fridge were a nice surprise after our arrival. Security deposit 300 EUR was successfully received a few days after check-out.

The photos of the apartment 2.2. look much better than it actually was in real life. It is much smaller. Apartment 2.2 is situated on the second floor in the townhouse (no elevator), whose corridors are moldy and very narrow. There is often a smell of marijuana in the house, as well as everywhere in the neighborhood. The appartment is relatively clean, but its equipment is very old and worn, often at the limit of functionality. A big cockroach was waiting for us in the bathroom. It hid in a hole in the wall behind the toilet, so it´s now waiting for you somewhere there. During the stay, there is no cleaning service at the apartment. After our arrival, we found the remains of two rolls of toilet paper for 5 people! That was not merely enough. During the next 5 days no one gave us any new toilet paper. Likewise, nobody took out the trash during our stay. Sliding door in the shower needs some serious fixing, it was very difficult to close and it often fell out of the tracks. The coffee machine didn´t work either (the capsules cannot be inserted, the pressure lever deforms them), double bed was very very wobbly, which made sleeping on it very uncomfortable (even more so when two people were sleeping there). The electrical outlet above the coffee machine was broken and falling out of the wall. Air conditioning is only in one room (the biggest one with double bed) and doesn´t work well. It couldn't even regulate the temperature in that one room, let alone have the power to cover the whole apartment. Therefore ventilation is possible only through the windows, but thanks to the Spanish nightlife and the nightly traffic, the street is quite noisy. Do not expect much from this accomodation, but if you are looking for a cheaper place just to sleep, this place will do. It is definitely not suitable for people who want to go on a relaxing "all-day-at-the-beach" type holiday.

Beds very comfortable, linens clean, air conditioning worked well, 3 bedrooms, enough hot water for all. Apartment clean located in a popular area with all shops, grocery stores and transportation nearby. Excellent customer service: very responsive and professional.

The apartment needs some minor fix: shower sliding door to fix, kitchen and dining area floor to replace, dining table surface to change.
