The apartment is a short walk from Znjan beach with beautiful views from the balcony at night time. Split old town is a short bus or taxi ride away. We felt the apartment was in a perfect location. The apartment itself is great for a couple. It is clean and has a comfortable bed with a nice sized lounge/kitchen. Dona and family are so helpful and kind. They really did make our stay memorable, giving us advice on places to go and eat. We knew they were always there to help if we needed and wanted us to have the best experience in Split. We couldn't have asked for better hosts. You can really see how much they take pride in their apartments and want their guests to have the best time in a place they love and call home.

Dona was amazing. She was welcoming, friendly and let us check in early. She gave us a great range of things to do, tips on getting around and where to eat. The property was lovely and had everything you needed, super clean and tidy. Had a beautiful front garden as well. Close to McDonald’s and a supermarket. Quick drive from the port.

Super nice host that provided us with plenty of information about the city and recommendations for restaurants, day trips and activities. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed, including a washing machine which was super helpful on a multi-week journey. Everyting was also super clean and we felt very much at home during our stay there. One of the absolute best places we stayed during our 3 week trips through the balkans. Can only recommend!

There is a construction site outside. So with open windows it is very loudly. There is no microwave oven at the kitchen

Very friendly & responsive hostess great apartment. Once you get your bearings ( Shot cut) it’s very convenient & easy to walk to the bus stop catch a bus to old town, city or big shopping centre.

Driving through the Very tight squeezes narrow street with many cars & posts to watch out for But these are very much the same in big city small narrow laneways.

The room was spacious, clean and cosy.

Parking is in an open space down the street, not private, not secured.

Dona, our host, took really great care of us and showed us not just the apartment but also gave us great advice on local points of interest and on transport around the city. The apartment is modern, clean, delightfully decorated and practical. We could even do a bit of a laundry using the washing machine. All dried overnight on the balcony. We could buy groceries in the nearby supermarket, McDonalds and bus stop with connection to the port and city centre is just in front of this grocery store.

The neighborhood is under intense development with an ongoing construction in about 150metres away from the apartment in the street around the corner and on the way to the supermarket This is of course not very pleasing sight when walking to the beach but our impression was that the works should be very near to completion within few months which will make the location very nice.

Super friendly and helpful hosts! Really flexible and accommodating with luggage storage, checkin, pickup on airport etc. Apartments were clean and spacious. It was the perfect pit stop for us when arriving and leaving Croatia as it is quite close to the airport and Dona made everything easy for us! Cute turtles in garden, recommend having breakfast there in the shadow. :)

The location is a bit “off” from the main visit locations in Split by the ocean but taking bus to Split center was easy and quite cheap. We even walked the distance once which took about 45min to the waterfront which is fine in evening when it is a bit cooler.
