Everything was awesome! We stayed for 4D3N and it was totally the best travel experience we've ever had by far! The location is just perfectly in the heart of Serengeti. All staff were so incredibly friendly and kind. Covid-19 protocol was taken properly. All the meals provided during our stay were undoubtedly satisfying, each with different experience from different spots. Wifi, hot water, and everything else worked fine. Our lagoon room in our first two nights was incredibly clean and the bed was comfy. When switched to the suite room in our third night, it totally came with magnificent view. Everything were built, put, and designed with such meticulous details, the savannah view from the room was absolutely gorgeous. Cocktails were amazing. The staff surprised us with a romantic dinner in our room and it was totally splendid (kudos to Cesar, David, and the team!). To conclude, Melia has provided us the best experience of our lifetime! The game drive was amazing, we luckily managed to see part of the wildebeest migration in Serengeti. Thank you especially to David and Cesar for all of the assistance during our stay there, thank you for the surprises, and also for the balloon safari experience which was definitely making our experience there better, the airport transfer etc, and thanks to David who helped us to be in contact with Melia Zanzibar to continue our itinerary over there (Also, thanks to Elias who always kindly assisted us by providing all the information and help we need prior our arrival, and to help for rescheduling our stay etc as our flight to Seronera got canceled on the last minute). Definitely will recommend Melia to our families and colleagues, and we will definitely come back there once we go to Serengeti again!

The only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! But we will definitely come back!

Such a great place with an amazing view of the plans of the serengeti! The staff is exceptional very kind and welcoming and they always exceded all my expectations! Everything seems new and clean even though we are in the middle of the Serengeti.
