excellent for our dog

Having stayed here before, in the exact same cabin, we were pleased to see that the cabin had been refurbished, and it was tastefully done; the removal of the inbuilt bunks was a great idea, replaced with a sofa (but not a sofa bed). Whilst the cabin is very small, we were pleased that this cabin remained pet friendly; the park itself is also being refurbished and old/abandoned caravans had been removed (due to recent flooding).

Having stayed here before, in the exact same cabin, and seeing that it had been refurbished, it unfortunately had not been levelled - the cabin has a distinct lean to the back right corner and this is very disconcerting.....the new bed was also very hard and too small - double beds should be banned.....there is also no dedicated car park for this cabin, so we parked on the concrete slab for the adjoining site.

We loved the location of the caravan park. A very short walk to the river walk and the Boat House Café, and the nearby reserve with bbq facilities also within walking distance. The drive to Dunbogan beach and Pilot beach are a short drive and if you need to go shopping just drive over the bridge to Laurieton.

The bed was smaller than we are used to and a little soft for our liking.

Location is great, staff were friendly, cabin was clean, and I loved they have different colour bedding rather than the stiff white ones everywhere else, feels much more comfy and like being at home

The management has done a great job in restoring the facilities. Our cabin was lovely and the decor was spot on . The staff were extremely friendly and helpful

Ceiling fan essential but needed to be careful with low ceilings. No air-conditioning with high humidity.

Very friendly little park, everyone who walked past stopped for a chat & pat our 2 little dogs.
