Very well stocked from soaps, linens, beach items, kitchen items etc. Great location. Very clean, safe condo. Pool was nice, clean, sunny , shaddy but nothing elaborate.
Had to contact owner and his responce was immediate and helpful. Condo was nicer than expected from photos.

Pleasant Place
This is our second time staying at this property. We love it. We enjoy everything about it. The community is great. We met new families and enjoyed playing pickle ball with them. Easy walk to the beach and quiet, comfortable condo.

Great place!
We had a great time staying here!! You definitely can come with just your suitcase as there is pretty much everything you could possibly need here! Coolers! Beach carts! Beach toys! Tennis rackets! Bikes! The closet is literally endless!! This place really had it all. The owner was kind and helpful when the elevator broke down and was quick to call for service! We were back in business in just a few hours!
Would definitely recommend staying here!!

Great place, easy walk to the beach
Condo was clean, had plenty of amenities. Short walk to the beach, grill and pool. Only 10min drive from Times Square attractions. Would definitely stay again

Great condo and location
This is a great 3 bedroom condo in an excellent location on the south end of the island. It is loaded with all the needs in the kitchen and on the beach. Including a beach kart, chairs, towels, umbrellas & kids toys.

Enjoyable Stay
The property is great. Location perfect. Amenities are ideal for a family. We were within walking distance from everything we needed. Property Manager was very easy to talk to.

Was exactly what was advertised plus more.
Had more items than expected to be able to use. Beach cart, beach chair, beach towels, bikes, etc. That makes it very enjoyable when flying into the area and not having to worry about renting items. Excess to the beach. ENJOYED!

Love, love, love this condo
We rent this condo each year. Love this condo. Location is great. Condo has everything you need from beach items to kitchen supplies, to bikes to ride. One stop renting!!!!! Owner just put in brand new stainless steel appliances. I find this owner is always keeping everything updated and fresh. Rent here you won't be disappointed.

great condo, convenient location, well stocked
This clean, beautiful condo has everything we needed. Plenty of beach toys, well-stocked kitchen. The location is great. It is quiet but close to everything. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and the fish tale marina where they offer fishing charters and boat tours. Very short drive to the grocery store (Publix) and the Lover's Key state park. Our family had a great time in this condo. Strongly recommended.

Great location, lovely condo, family friendly
This condo had ample bedding, towels, and beach towels. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. There is a barbecue out back, which came in handy. The owner was very responsive, and there is a sense of community in the condo complex. Residents are very friendly. There is a beach cart with chairs, kids toys, floats and coolers. The beach is a very short walk. With 3 younger kids and a toddler, this condo worked very well. Lots of space. Great choice.

Great condo, close to the beach
The condo had everything we could have wanted. The only negative I could say is that there was construction going on to the building during our stay. We didn't know about it until the day before we got there. We werent able to use the rear lanai or the designated parking spot for the unit as they were both blocked off due to the construction. The work being done was pretty loud and started at 8am every day. None of this is any fault of the owner, just bad timing of our stay. We loved everything else about the condo. Pretty close walk to the beach.

Everything you want and more wrapped up in one location. Walking distance to beach, pool ,restaurants and fun happy hours. This condo also has chairs, coolers, towels, linens and so much more. Over all great vacation!

It was a very nice condo
The condo was actually larger than the pictures showed. Everything was very comfortable.
we decided not to rent a car after seeing the construction up & down Estero Blvd. The trolley was to come about every 30 min which would have served us well but with the construction did not run on schedule. Taking the trolley to Times Square worked out well since parking would have been a problem.
We were just a half mile from Santini Plaza which was great for restaurants & shops. All & all it was a good stay.

Great spot for a beach location
Spacious condo had everything we needed and more. I loved that it had 2 screened in porches. There were even extra items we needed for the kids - pack n play, high chair, stroller, and exersaucer!

Outstanding
We come to Ft Myers Beach, Florida every year. We have stayed alot of places. This condo is the ONLY condo that we have ever chosen to re-book. We are already booked for next year again. Condo was very clean, well supplied with dishes, pots, pans, bikes, beach equip, etc. Everything you need this condo has. Owner has great communication by email or texting, he always responds. Highly recommend this condo.

Family vacation 2016
Very nice 3 bed 2 bath, it was wonderful having beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and beach toys for the kids. Pool and grounds were very nice, I really liked that it sat back away from the road. I really enjoyed the screened in porch over looking the grassy area, very quiet and peachful. Thanks so much for use of your condo, looking forward to next time.

Clean, close to the beach, well-stocked, quiet
We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was very clean and a walk away from the beach. It was a bit far to get to the town, so I recommend having a car if you plan on shopping or going to restaurants. Kitchen was fully stocked and the closets were stocked with towels and beach chairs/toys. It was a nice quiet place to stay. Owner was very helpful and always answered our phone calls if we had any questions. We definitely plan on coming back! :-)
