Luxury Water Front Cabin on Island Park Reservoir With Private Bay And Dock
Comunità di lusso fronte lago. Questa splendida cabina climatizzata sul lungolago vi accoglie con una grande famiglia / sala da pranzo / cucina con vista sull'acqua. La cucina è completamente arredata con due forni. La camera familiare adiacente dispone di una TV da 50 pollici con camino in pietra di fiume. Dalla camera familiare si esce a un bellissimo ponte coperto coperto che ha un barbecue a gas. Si viene condotti dal ponte al lago, che ha la propria baia privata e un grande bacino a forma di U con due rampe di waverunner e pozzo del fuoco sull'acqua. C'è una camera da letto al piano inferiore con letto matrimoniale, bagno con ampia doccia, lavanderia con due asciugatrici e ampio ripostiglio. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size e futon con balcone privato. Il bagno principale ha una doccia e una camera al largo del padrone con due letti singoli e letto matrimoniale. Al piano superiore ha un enorme parco giochi / grande sala / area multimediale contenente un tavolo da ping pong, biliardino, tavolo da gioco e TV 60 pollici con wifi e tv diretta. Al piano superiore ci sono due camere da letto con letti matrimoniali e balconi privati e una camera con un letto matrimoniale. La camera a castello ha nove letti singoli. Il bagno al piano superiore ha una vasca idromassaggio e doccia. Il tutto circondato da alberi privati, passerelle, altalene per i bambini e il lago nel tuo cortile. Solo 20 minuti a West Yellowstone

We have stayed at the O’Toole cabin on famous Bill’s Island in Island Park, Idaho for years. It is always the highlight of our summer. This time we enjoyed the new renovations there. An entire new wing of bedrooms with private bathrooms, an enormous bunkhouse and upstairs playroom. We were blown away with all this space and large comfy beds. It was above and beyond our expectations!!!

The home was wonderful. Plenty of group space. Plenty of private space. Being able to walk through the back yard to the lake was such a joy. The dock was very nice for the kayak, canoe, and paddle boards. It rained a lot, unfortunately, but the house has a nice mud room and garage where we could take off our muddy shoes and keep the house clean. There was plenty of entertainment in the house when it was raining too much. When the sun peeked out we took advantage and played in the lake. The hosts were very quick to communicate when we needed them.

Hosted a group of clients mid May 2023. Property was as advertised and suited our group perfectly. Property manger was easy to communicate/work with. Property offered easy access to Yellowstone Park and manageable access to Grand Teton. Would highly recommend!

Great for Family Vacation
Beautiful house on Island Park Reservoir with dock so you can catch fish without having to drive. Plenty of space for a family of 19 to eat, hang out and visit. Two living areas, large deck and large dining area off the kitchen. Seven bedrooms so everyone had their own room. Kitchen was well-equipped. Two refrigerators stored enough food and drinks for a week. We had a great time!.

Beautiful property-Beautiful location
We loved our week in the beautiful house! There are wonderful views from almost every window. It feels very private and secure. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed cooking and eating together at the big table. Ending the day at the fire pit was perfect!

Wonderful cabin for family retreat.
Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this cabin on the reservoir. We loved having the dock out back where the we spent all day boating, kayaking, and swimming. The cabin itself was roomy with enough space for everyone to have a bed. The tv and play room was a nice gathering place for the kids/teens with another (quieter) living space for the adults to gather downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked will all the necessities. Everything was clean and in good repair. We are already discussing what week we should book for next year!

Great Location
We had a great time in Island Park. This house was perfect for us. The location on the water was just what we wanted. The dock was fantastic. It is set in a little cove so you have a little protection from all of the other boaters. The kids loved the game room. Lots of room. Perfect for large families.

Perfect lakeside family getaway!
The cabin and location could not have been more perfect for our family! It had everything we wanted; private dock, waterside fire pit, grill, amazing patio and wonderful indoor space! Lorie was very attentive and easy to get in touch with. The check-in process was also a breeze. We had way too much fun and will definitely be back!!

Practically perfect
We used this cabin as a home base for a family reunion in Island Park. Pros: It was roomy and cozy; felt secluded despite having neighbors; had ample parking; the game area was fun for the kids and kept the noise contained; the dock and backyard were beautiful, and even though we didn't use any watercraft, everyone loved swimming; the location was great. The only con was the wifi and cell service. It was basically non-existent, which wouldn't be a huge problem except that when you are sharing gate keys, it's hard to get a message from someone waiting to be let in to the island, or to otherwise coordinate when traveling with many people. But we made it work. Would definitely recommend and hope to return!

Great Family Trip
This house helped make our trip wonderful. We enjoyed sitting by the campfire every night, playing in the sand and on the dock everyday, as well as enjoying the beautiful area at Yellowstone, on ATVs, and hiking. Thank you for a great time!

Perfect!
This property is perfect! We have had our family vacation here at the O'Toole cabin for years now. Lorie (the owner) is so prompt and caring about any needs. The private bay with a gradual, sandy slope for the little ones is so nice. The dock is fantastic! We enjoy having two wings for those with young children and those without. Thanks again Lorie for making this place our family's favorite!

Family and Friend National Park Get-away!
We booked this beautiful home for two families (15 in total) to meet at a central location to vacation in Yellowstone, Big Sky, and the Grand Tetons. The home was a perfect fit for our group. There was plenty of space for everyone, the kitchen was well equip, and the game room was a great gathering spot. The beds were very comfortable, the sheets soft and clean.
The location of the home was great, nestled away on the lake. We had snow and colder weather, so we were only able to get on the lake a couple of times, but we enjoyed kayaking and watching the elk in the morning across the lake. We saw a moose and her babies each morning as we left for the parks.
The house was centrally located and easy to get to West Yellowstone, Big Sky, Jackson Hole, and the Grand Tetons! We enjoyed every moment of our vacation and are so grateful to have had such a great home to create lifelong memories!

Wonderful Lakefront Cabin
Our family had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful lakefront cabin. We had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Having the lake right in the back yard was an extra bonus that the kids loved! As parents and grandparents, we were able to watch them from the comfort of the back yard with chairs provided that were right next to the shore. Our grandkids loved staying in the same room all together on the bunk beds and having the ping pong table and fooz ball table right there to play with. We also loved the tv with a great sound system in the same room to watch movies and a table for those that wanted to play games. This was the perfect place for a great family vacation! We only wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy this beautiful forest setting and all that Island Park offers.

Our stay was marvelous.. the house was beautiful and accommodated our large family nicely.
We had excellent weather. All of my grandchildren ranging from 1 to 9 yrs old and my 4 children were very comfortable. We pushed the limits on the fridge..wished there was a 2nd one in the garage but all in all a great time and bonding experience for the kids.

Great property and jump off point to Yellowstone
Had a great time at the property. House was clean and comfortable, the dock was fantastic, caught 20 trout one night and docked two waverunners from the local lodge another day. Campfire area was great for s’mores and ghost stories and the size of the house was perfect for our party of 9 adults and 9 kids. 30 minute drive into Yellowstone. Saw bears, elk and deer around the resovoir. Kitchen was big, bigger than the pictures make it look, and was large enough to accommodate multiple people making meals.

Fantastic waterfront vacation paradise!!!
This property was everything it was claimed to be, and more. All members of our family were quite pleased with the space, accommodations and cleanliness. The owners were ready, willing and able to fulfill any and all special requests that we had with the use of the property, and issues that did arise were quickly and effectively resolved to our utmost satisfaction. I would encourage anyone to use this property for their vacation.
We spent numerous days going to Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks, as the house was a quick 30 minutes to the west entrance of Yellowstone. There are hundreds, if not thousands, of trails for hiking and ATV riding, starting within a few minutes from the property, and going for miles and miles. There are a multitude of other activities, such as horseback riding, fishing and rafting, to name a few, within reasonable proximity to the property.
To sum things up, this location provided our family with an unforgettable and thrilling vacation!!!

Fantastic house and property!
We rented 3 houses on Bill's Island for a family reunion with 28 adults and children. The O"Toole house was beyond our expectations. The key pad on the garage made it easier for people in other houses to stop over even when everyone was off taking a tour of Yellowstone. And the house was beautiful. The two ovens were a bonus for cooking large meals and the two dryers in the laundry room helped keep the beach towels ready after swimming. Everything was perfect and Lori and Shane were great to work with on reservations and answering questions before we arrived. It was a terrific reunion! Ann Nichols
