Comfortable & clean

quiet, comfortable room. met expectations. I aske

I asked staff to combine my one additional night with the 2-night stay that was previously planned and booked. but the 2nd day I was informed that that had not been handled and I had to relocate. At first they told me they were sold out and had secured me a room at another hotel. then they put me in "Mr. somebodys" Suite. which as a good move but the room REAKED of 1970s aftershave. I almost gaged at the smell.

reference this to my other posted comment : I added one nights stay and asked to have the 2 reservations combined so I didnt have to move to a different room. while I was told that had been done I was kicked out of my room at the very very last minute and was going to be sent to another hotel. then they put me in some Suite. which sounded good until I got in there and the room absolutely reeked with some 1970s cologne. just horrid. Staff was pleasant and did their best but I would have rather gone anywhere else.

seems like vacuuming under beds is a thing of the past.

Absolutely nothing- this motel was a disgrace to the franchise and I will never step foot in another America’s Best Value Inn. I have never stayed in a dirtier place! I spoke with the manager and he made poor excuses and didn’t even offer to discount our room for the shambles that it was. $200/night should get you a clean room!

This property is very rundown and filthy. I had to purchase cleaning supplies and clean it- the bathroom floor was sticky and there was urine on the toilet. The mirror above the sink had been cleaned but the countertop and sink was gross. The carpet had several large stains and had obviously not even been vacuumed as there were small pieces of toilet paper scattered about. If there had been any other motels with vacancies I would have refused the room and left.

unavailable parking spots for large vehicles, there is not guest laundry room and the wifi did not work.

They seem to be working hard to do some upgrades. It’s located centrally in town

It was a fine stay. Our bathroom door was not workin, and the maintenance guy came quickly and worked hard to fix it. The price was Amazing!

The parking lot could have been plowed. It was kind of difficult parking and maneuvering. (It was not snowing at this time)

Simple, convenient, and quiet.

Only stayed one night. No real issues.
