Great and well equipped villa with pool and BBQ with beautiful views over a banana plantation and the sea side. We enjoyed the always sunny terrace and the pool was heated and was almost an infinity pool - perfect for long relaxing hours in the afternoon.

Big house, wonderful heated pool (costs extra), spacious kitchen, laundry facilities, banana plantage rustic vibe. Price and quality are a great match in this house! The villa was a good headquarter for exploring Madeira.

Beautiful ocean view was a bit disturbed by worn out banana plantage green houses at first. But we got used to it quite quickly :)

Pool heating.

Wonderful place, very comfortable. The swimming pool is amazing, you can watch the sunset from it. It was perfectly clean. In the kitchen you can find everything you need (even a deep fryer!). The fire place outside is perfect to grill a fresh fish for dinner. Victor who takes care of the place is very nice and when we had a problem he came in 5 minutes. It's around 25 minutes drive from Funchal, with car you can basically go everywhere within an hour. And the beach nearby is nice. The closest big grocery store is 5 minutes drive from the house.

There was no jacuzzi, which was a disappointment. And we didn't really need it that much, but the information in the description of the house should be changed.

Flexibility in organizing our stay. Victor - the lightning fast and helping host. Pool - warm enough, heatable though. Silence - complete silence, no traffic noise. Big house. Well equipped kitchen. Excellent view to the ocean. Slide-Doors. Closed Garage. Sandy Beach.

There wasn't any. Kids' comment: Maracuja was not ripe on the tree and too high.🤩🤩

Spacious place, great views, good distance to a sandy beach and a kids playground at Caleta.

Could be seasonal, but water in the area was a bit too cold for kids
