地點好，好停車，房間很乾淨，雙人床很大很棒。 早餐不錯而且竟然有宵夜卷好特別：） 宵夜是一碗「蘿蔔糕湯」，跟想像的不一樣。 也很喜歡每層樓提供書籍讓人閱讀。 很適合新竹短暫旅遊居住。看到不少小朋友，感覺也很適合家庭出遊，附近有7-11，全家。 臨時訂週五還有房，而且飯店人員態度好也很親切。 飯店內有小展覽可以看很不錯。

健身房非常的小，感覺是單人客房改建，而且只有跑步機等沒有重訓器材很可惜。 泳池/spa竟然只有週末才開放。 雙人床是兩張床合併，中間會不舒服，睡靠近整張床中間可以感受到邊緣蠻硬的，背會痛。

the space and the location was great. however, there was no heater in the hotel. while it was the coldest day of the year ( 8 degree Celsius), the hotel didn't inform us that there was no heater in the room. It was later upon complaint, I was told that the building didn't have the heat built in. I called to the room service to request portable heater and sent to out room in 6am. so basically, both me and my husband who were under the weather, had to sleep through the cold. I am very disappointed for the poor communication and service. I would like to demand for refund or compensation.

Very accessible to a quiet mall and nice gesture to serve supper for all guests during winter.

Housekeeping was a little shabby with hair not vacuumed.

The only option for breakfast is take away which is fine but is very simple. And the complementary snack in the evening is not good.
