Fantastic property. Better even than the pictures. Unbeatable views. Comfortable and well-equipped.

This penthouse condo was beautiful! It had so much space that it allowed myself, my 75 year old father, and my 11 year old daughter to each have our own space to retreat to! The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed and very clean! Check in and check out were very easy! The condo is close to numerous restaurants and grocery stores! The views from our balcony and rooftop patio was just the icing on top! We will definitely stay here again!

Our family had a perfect stay at this Penthouse in a gated condo community in Aguadilla! The property is literally minutes from Crashboat Beach, one of our favorites in PR. It is also in very close proximity to many of the top beaches and great dining and night life in PR. The grounds were well kept and the pool area was great with an awesome view of the ocean. We felt safe the whole time at the property. The hosts Jamie and Lisa have thought about and addressed every need that a traveling family could need. Little details such as these are what makes the difference when choosing a place to stay, and we will definitely be choosing this property for a visit again!

Beautiful property!

Had a great time in our family getaway which included my hubby, sister, adult daughter and niece. Property was very beautiful and clean. It’s a third floor walk up and was very comfortable. Pool downstairs was great to help wind down after our daily adventures on the island. Nearby beach crash boat beach was excellent. We didn’t have little ones but my kids did enjoy it in other trips when they were younger. Now adults in their early 20s they also had a great time with the Aguadilla night life. There’s was something for everyone in Aguadilla. Definitely thinking of making it a yearly trip and would love to rent the property again.

The location is beautiful. Spacious and clean.

The owner was very easy to communicate with and had a very detailed welcome packet to make your stay stress free. The home is immaculate and well laid out for guests to have their own space. The views are spectacular from both of the decks. The lower deck was wonderful to get out of the strong sun for a bit but still have beautiful views of the pool and ocean. The upstairs rooftop deck was heaven at sunset and the evenings under the stars.

Condo was easily accessible

Everything was excellent. There were no issues whatsoever it was very comfortable and peaceful to stay at this home

We just loved this place! Jamie is super easy to communicate with and the rental is super nice. We loved the outdoor patios and the views and had the pleasure of spending New Years evening watching all the fireworks right from the outside roof patio. Loved it and would love to come back again!

Penthouse was as described and well maintained. Only negative is location doesn't lend itself to walking so a car is a must. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Our visit corresponded with a series of earthquakes, so it was a stressful time for our party trying to decide whether to stick to our plans and also for Jamie as a remote property owner. Thank god we decided to go! Jamie's place was so comfortable with a gorgeous view, and we felt attended to with any concerns. There were slights hiccups, due to the earthquake repairs taking precedence over some minor things. But corresponding with Jamie was better than I expected and always a relief-- he was quick to respond and always apologetic for the inconveniences. The upstairs loft was especially comfortable for hanging out after a long day of surfing. An extra gate opener would've been ideal since we had 2 cars total for our 5 guests, but we were OK with the one. Having a secure parking lot to park our cars with our surfboards added to an extra sense of security and was much appreciated. It was so comforting to have a place like this to come home to. We definitely hope to come back soon. Thank you, Jamie & Lisa!

This property was amazing, we could not ask for anything more! The rooms were spacious and comfy. The kitchen, dining area and living room offered ample space for eating and/or hanging out. The four of us never felt cramped. And if that wasn't enough, the second floor was spacious and cozy with an additional television. The penthouse met all of our needs and gave us a few extra touches and gems that made our stay exceptional. The beach gear was very much appreciated, as well has the washer and dryer. And the gem, hands down were the views! Both first and second floors had some of the best views of the ocean I've only dreamed of!! The community and neighborhood were quiet and good and location made it easy to get around. We had or have no complaints, just wishes to return! Thanks Jaime for a wonderful stay!

The apartment was very clean and had all the necessary items to make our vacation very enjoyable. I traveled with my husband and 2 grown sons. We had ample space and the apartment was amazing. The views from the 2 balconies were breathtaking. The owner was very responsive to all messages. Thank you for allowing us to rent your home.

We truly enjoyed the absolutely amazing view which is to die for. The view from the penthouse tower of a perfect sunset is a once in a lifetime experience. The property is one of the best in the complex as it is very nicely decorated and well appointed. The glass stair banister is one of the only ones like it in the complex as we saw several which were for sale and considered buying in. Minor drawbacks were the missing light bulbs or burnt out bulbs in the property. The owner assured us that would be fixed. This property is perfect if you have a family and want to entertain over the pool or near to it. Otherwise the pool get a tad bit crowded and can be rather noisy. That being said, the pool is monitored by security and they keep everything under control - a wonderful plus. I'd highly recommend this property for the amazing view, the wonderful appointments inside and the value.

This property was very comfortable and had everything needed for the beach, cooking, you name it. The owners of the property were wonderful and pleasant to deal with. I travel to Aguadilla once a year and this is definitely a property I would return to.

This was a healthy retreat for me, my sister and my son. We rose early every morning, did yoga and stretching, swam laps in the beautiful infinity pool, then had smoothies. Every afternoon, we headed out for an adventurous hike, then came home to this beautiful penthouse, tired out. So wonderful to have this amazingly beautiful space to bond with family and rejuvenate our souls!

Amazing sunset views and SO close to crash boat beach (one of my faves on the island). The property is beautiful and located on a deadend gated property which is always a plus but the main road is also not far so super convenient. I would choose this place over a hotel any day. Thanks for having us!

Such an amazing experience in this Penthouse! I wouldn't think twice about recommending this space to anyone. We have stayed in this condo complex previously but this penthouse set the bar really high! The views were breathtaking and the penthouse was so spacious and clean. We were so grateful to have found this spot and can't wait to visit again! Thank you for sharing your home with our family! :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this extremely comfortable and very thoughtfully furnished condo. The view of the infinity pool and the ocean is stunning and the best one of all the condo's we've stayed in. Crash Boat beach is 5 minutes away, the airport and several very good restaurants are 10-15 minutes by car.Jamie is an easy going and attentive owner. Margie,Alex, Amy.Tom and Cassidy

Pictures don't do this place justice. The interior design of the unit is immaculate and contemporary. The balcony is extremely private and the view is priceless. Security was amazing and we never felt unsafe. The stairs keep you in shape, especially with heavy luggage. The A/C units in each room was very refreshing on a hot and humid day. Beds were very comfortable. So happy they had beach chairs, towels and cooler for us to use. I can't say enough good things about this place. Thank you!
