Size of the property, location and service. Staffs are mostly friendly. Breakfast is worth the money paid, its simple and sweet. In the middle of everything in KL, that kinda breakfast to start the day is just nice 👌🏻

Had a fall at the swimming pool’s shower place due to very smooth surface of the floor-unable to provide friction, so its very slippery. I wasnt in haste neither not careful, was holding the bar behind upon entering but still slips due to slippery.. wound my knee quite bad. A guard saw it happened, he just walked away. I told the receptionist upon checking out, nothing happened too. I hope management fix/change it doesnt happen to anyone else esp kids/elderly.

The rooms were well Lit and comfortable.

The attitude of the front office staff was very bad. The lady at the front office was extremely rude.

This is my family's 2nd stay here. We were very happy with our first stay so we returned. What remained good: 1. Friendly and helpful staff 2. Large, lovely pool

Persistent stench from rooms on lower floor. This time, we were initially given 2 rooms on level 8. While the rooms appeared clean, there was a terrible stench coming from the bathrooms. They sent engineers to fix it, but the problem persisted. We were eventually moved to rooms on higher floor and thankfully, there was no smell there.

Breakfast was very poor need more variety of fruits and vegetables

1- المكان غير نظيف به روائح كريهة... 2- الاثاث قديم ومتهالك .. 3- ازعاج الشارع الرئيسي ... 4- لايوجد عزل في النوافذ 5- سجاد الارضية به روائح كريهه 6- مررات ومداخل الغرف مفتوحه ومكشوفه المكان حار 7- مدخل الفندق اللوبي صغير جدا لايرقى لفندق نجمتين. 8- الحمام دورة المياة بها روائح كريهه ومزعجة 9- اعمال صيانة في الفندق من الصباح الى العصر ازعاج شديد جدا 10- القيمة مقابل الخدمة غير جيد لا انصح مطلقا بهذا الفندق بهذا السعر يوجد فنادق ارقى وافضل قمت بالحجز في فندق خمس نجوم وبسعر اقل من هذا المكان

Location was good as its near to KLCC and Avenue K Malls and the road leading to the apartment are not that busy. Rooms are spacious for my family of 5 with a nice view of KLCC. The staffs are very helpful and the checking in and out process was very smooth.

The view is amazing. The rooms are huge and very comfortable. Everything is very clean.

The staff is not friendly and doesn't respond right away. Sometimes, just good behavior from staff make the trip worthwhile. Trillion suites staff lacks basic mannerisms and doesn't make guests feel welcome. We also thought, charging 50 ringgit for lost room card is ridiculous. Also, the fact that they require ALL the room cards before giving out a new one, that is also very RIDICULOUS. We have never experienced such a thing in any hotels or serviced apartments.
