Very nice and cozy room (we were at the top, keep in mind that there are only stairs), with comfortable beds, very clean as it was the shared bathroom. Strong wi-fi in the building, very well-equipped common area/kitchen where you can have some tea/coffee or even prepare your own meal.

Not their fault, but in winter every road around was icy and the building was very challenging to reach since it is on top of a hill close to a park. It was very icy and dangerous also the entrance, which I would have loved to see clean.

The Ami Hotel is a beautiful,traditional building and I was lucky enough to have the cosy attic room with a lovely.It was very comfortable with lots of common cosy areas to sit, a lovely warm atmosphere everywhere.The common kitchen was very well equipped.Staff were very helpful and friendly.It was a real joy staying here.

I found difficult to get to on foot as it is located up a steep hill which is very slippery in January.

we booked it because it was cheaper than other local hotels, but not really worth the value indeed

the staff was not helpful at all. the room was a triangle shape near the roof, which is more suitable to be a storage room than an actual room. we couldn’t sit upright, and it was dangerous because we had hurt our head when sitting up several times. there was no place to charge our devices in the room. the most intolerable thing is that when we booked the room, the pictures were nothing like that. there was no elevator so we needed to walk a lot of stairs and no way to get the luggage upstairs. we contacted the manager and the only solution they come up with was to let us check out by 10p.m. at night and refund. how is it possible for guests to book another hotel with empty rooms and good price during Christmas at the same night? it’s insane and I hope nobody would be assigned to that room again!

Couldnt find a way to unplug the apartment sized fridge that was in the room.so it kept making fridge-noise.
