Localização de facto simpatica e o preço. É de valorizar a Sra. Luiza, e a equipa da manutenção que perante a nossa reclamação foi bastante prestável e tentou ajudar.

A casa é bastante húmida e precisa de ser arejada. os níveis de humidade na suite são elevadas, e tivemos de reclamar junto da equipa para colocarem um aparelho desumificador que ajudou bastante. ter um WC no quarto ainda piora o ar do quarto. Tivemos uma noite péssima. Atenção, colocaram porque reclamámos e não por proactividade. Se sabiam que iam clientes, a maquina ja devia estar ligada!!! Assim que se entra na casa sente-se no ar a humidade!!! Os estores da janela da suite tambem não fechavam totalmente... A cama da suite é má. Desconfortável. a roupa de cama também nos deixou "duvidas". A casa tem bastante pó debaixo de moveis, frigorifico mal limpo.

Location was perfect.

Hearing the noise from the builders upstairs from 8 in the morning until the end of the day. Continously hammering and drilling you ended up with a headache. Also there was broken glass in the bathroom and the bedding was wet. And there was mould in the bedroom. When we stripped the bed to leave the mattress was disgusting. I questioned the agent for some compensation from the owner they came back with they had already reduced the price because of the building work. If we had known of the building work we would not have stayed there. In the end the agent messaged me saying I was the problem then deleted her message. The owner offered us one nights refund but we would have to find alternative accommodation. And to top it off my vehicle had its side window smashed in on the last night parked locally to the accommodation.

Location is great, house is quite good for a big family with 3 bedrooms

managers did not respond to pre stay emails, only on day itself whereby my earlier emails were ignored. assurance was given about parking which was non existent , we were not give appropriate assistance finding parking, we were told that sofa bed would be prepared which did not happen, wifi poor, found underwear from previous guest in wardrobe, no balcony, sofabed in disrepair , no view from living room no shower body soap ( was delivered one day after check in after we bought our own, no contact with rep, some blinds did not close only received info that I have to pay a tax on day of check out ( nobody enquired with us on our departure plan don’t think this product belongs to a booking.com quality product as indicated - disappointing!
