1. The bed sheet and pillow cover were not washed, there were a lot of dirt particles and stains. 2. Rude behaviour of the staff. 3. I opted for an AC room, but was not provided. 4. The bathroom was very dirty, there were a lot of insects. 5. Lots of bed bugs, I got complete skin irritation. 6. Outside food is not allowed and the food prepared there is not good

Price as per facility they provide was high . I had to request them then they came for cleaning the room which should be done every day. Bedsheets and pillow cover was not clean. Ordered one day breakfast which was not nicely done and the cutleries which were given was also not clean. Electric fittings were very poorly maintained. AC remote not working, fan make alot of noise. Sanitary fittings were coming out.

Our hotel stay was fantastic. Peaceful sleep and nice washroom. Good atmosphere, clean and well maintained rooms. Had a good stay. Food taste was very good. Staff was also decent.

Had a tough time with mosquitoes. No hot water in the evening.

Every amenity was operating effectively. Had a lovely visit. Variety of food option. Cleaning was proper.

Rooms with a balcony had a huge balcony and overlooking the courtyard. Good hotel, Good location, Cooperative Staff, Good food, Good environment, Spacious Room. Clean swimming pool.

The bed was not proper,there was cockroach in the bathroom, Television was not working, charging 25 INR on MRP OF 20 WATER BOTTLE,NO ROOM SERVICES DAILY

The bed mattress has broken springs. The place has lot of small cockroaches creeping around in your room. The shower is broken and the exhaust fan didn’t work. The towels provided were not so clean.

But they scammed, they increase the amount when we checked in.

The location was superb... close to many shops. The rooms were huge... and decent. The staff was great—they accommodated the special requests we made.
