Perfect location, and the property was very nice and well suited to our needs. We were very comfortable here, and if we come back to Sedona, we would try to rent the same place. The hot tub was a huge bonus and something I didn't even know I wanted.

Loved the condo. No reason to stay in Sedona as far as we're concerned. Oak Creek has it all without the traffic. Very comfortable stay. Great beds. Very roomy. Looking forward to our next stay!!

We would absolutely stay here again! This was a 10-20min drive to most of the places we wanted to go to and was very close to all of the hiking that we did!! The hot tub was an extra bonus and much needed after all the hiking we did. Would 11/10 recommend!

This is a great rental that is close to everything without being in all the traffic and congestion. We loved how spacious the place was and took advantage of the hot tub a couple of nights that we were there. Both bedrooms are on the second level which might be a concern for people with mobility issues but for us it wasn’t a problem at all. The condo was very clean upon arrival and it had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we come for another visit.

The townhome was a perfect stop right off the main stretch and easy access to shopping and return TS in the oak creek area and a short drive to sedona proper.

This property was a great unit and great location! Seamless process to rent the unit. We had a family weekend getaway and hiked Soldiers Pass Trail and the hot tub at the unit was a bonus! Everything we needed to cook was available and it was great spending quality family time. We’ll be back and thank you!

My wife and I along with another couple really enjoyed our stay. The location is great and the property was very clean and well-appointed. We had plenty of space to relax after enjoying the beauty that is Sedona.

This was a very nice condo to stay. We enjoyed the hot tub each night. The kitchen had most things needed. Only recommendation would be a grill cleaning brush and utensils.

This is the perfect place to get away and yet be close to everything. Beautiful property and nice and clean. I will recommend this spot to friends and family.

This is a nice quiet little convenient spot nestled amongst the red rocks very close to lots of trailheads, restaurants, coffee shops. The 2nd shower was not functional. The host was verbally responsive to this issue, but provided only instruction for an intricate manipulation on our part which didn’t meet our expectations. We learned that Sunday is day for hot tub chemicals which unfortunately left some with skin rashes. Overall a satisfactory experience due to the capability to soak in the hot tub and stargaze after long hikes.

Our stay was perfect! We did a lot of hiking in the area and the location was the best. Quieter than Staying in Sedona. The hot tub was a great bonus due to the colder temps. We used it to unwind at the end of a long day. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed our stay! Cozy and comfortable, but the location was amazing! Close to great restaurants and golf courses. Very short walk for beautiful views and hiking. Kitchen had everything you would need. Hot tub was a nice addition.

Beautiful property. Has everything you could need. It was spacious and the beds were comfortable. One piece of advice, bring citronella candles for the back patio. Unusually high mosquito population this year...2020.

It was fine. HUGE kitchen! It's in a vacation rental complex and is decorated/furnished accordingly. We couldn't use the hot tub - the chemicals were way too strong. The property is close to local coffee places, a golf course, and Pago's - local Italian eatery - yum!

Everything was truly as seen snd beyond! The place was equipped with everything from paper towels to cook ware, linens...and a jacuzzi. We could see bell rock and drive 5-6 minutes to start our hike at 5:30 am. Contact with owner was hood and he is responsive within minutes. I would def rent from him again ! Can’t say enough.

Just needs a few kitchen items. Better knife set. Larger skillet (12”) unit had two 8” Refrigerator w/ ice maker

Property was clean and a terrific location. Can ride all of the Oak Creek trail network directly from the property. Everything went incredibly smoothly.

We enjoyed our short stay here. Condo was well stocked and there was plenty of room. We didn’t use the hot tub because the chemicals were very strong. Owner was very responsive

The condo was clean and well stocked with pots & pans, plates, etc. The hot tub was clean. The wii-fi worked all the time. The dogs like the dog bed. We couldn't hear the neighbors on either side of us. Everything we needed for our stay was in the condo. Would we go back? Well, this was our 6th time staying in Doug's condos in Oak Creek, so we'll say yes. Go to Oak Creek, relax, and enjoy the food and the views.

This property is in a great location near food, gas and hiking and is easily accessible into the town center. It was very clean and was easy to access, had all the essentials and we had a lovely stay.

Bathrooms were clean and floors were clean. Kitchen well appointed. Every thing you could want to cook a meal. I would invest in new floor throw rugs. I thought they were dirty and get rid of the couches and have leather or vinyl for cleanliness. Over all we enjoyed our stay and loved the single chair. Very good for pets.

So much to like. The jacuzzi was used more than I thought at first. It's all 5 star, except the following; Super equipped but no cutting board (looked everywhere). Manager Doug said the jacuzzi code was in the notes, but we checked three times each from our online check in procedures. Everything was there including our check out obligations, but no jacuzzi code. There is a binder that references a key for it, but no key on the hook. He seemed put off that I asked. Still, got the code via text and eventually all was good after waiting a bit for his reply. Don't bother to ask for early check in, he did not respond. 3pm sharp / no exceptions I guess. We just sat in parking lot for a half hour. EVERYTHING ELSE was awesome. Loved the Lee Child novel, I was able to knock out during the trip. Pretty quite inside considering both sides of us loaded with neighbors. No problem there.

Property was great only downside was the hot tub couldn’t enjoy the chemicals were so strong that our eyes were burning. Other than that the place was great.

Unit was well stocked, clean and nice. Very comfortable!

This place was just ok, beds and pillows are extremely uncomfortable. Linens are poor quality, towels, wash cloths are stiff and grungy. The kitchen is nice and has what you need. Rug in living room is old and dirty. Sofa’s are tired and hot to sit on. Washer and dryer worked well. Showers were good. Could use a grab bar in the tub sower. Out door furniture dirty with cobwebs and leaves. A lot of traffic and neighbor noise!! We made it work, not our most pleasant VRBO stay.
